The Starbucks app shows that this store offers in-store and drive-thru pickup, so we made an online order for in-store pickup. When we arrived, we were greeted with a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed. We thought about going through the drive-thru, but the line was too long and we had an appointment to keep. We were unable to get our drink, but I was charged in the app.This location needs to edit what’s listed in the app so that others don’t run into this issue.

I was in semi and they were only doing drive thru girl was very nice to help me get me what I needed not like other places they would reject you. Thank you Starbucks staff keep up the great work.
Store seems to be very poorly managed, always closed for some reason anymore. Staff is overly friendly occasionally, one man in particular practically yells at me when I come through in his shrill voice then proceeds to tell me his life story in a robotic fake tone. Come to find this man is the MANAGER even! What happened to Starbucks where the employees have to force conversation? Just let me get my coffee and leave.
The new lady working there on her first day on the job did a great job. Very courteous and friendly. I had a lil mix up on my drink & she apologized letting me know it's her first day. She consulted her mngr and I left a happy customer. Her name started with the letter A.
Poor customer service and drinks were more like a soft drink than a frappe.
Manager Mary is rude and not a good listener….Stop by to get a cup of coffee today at 12 o’clock they said my card kept denying they said they tried it about four times so I proceeded to get it wet with my tongue , and wash it off with sanitary lotion and when I asked for a napkin I was denied and was told that they’re not gonna take my card anymore !!! so when I asked to talk to the manager five minutes later the manager comes and tells me she’s not taking my card without asking me what happened she says because I lick the card she got alarmed and by the time I got home I discovered that I had two charges from Starbucks so my car did go through but she’s just rude and couldn’t figure it out,.
The staff is always so nice, no matter how busy they are.

Willing to drive here and get better service rather than the one closest to my house. This location has never messed up my order and always treats me very nice.
