I forgot my money and Kyle gave me the cake pops I ordered anyway, very nice dude. 10/10 service, would come again.
This is a cozy version of the many Starbucks stores.Has nice outdoor seating for spring coffee in the sun!
Not only did they get my drink right.....they made me a custom t shirt, gave me a mani-pedi...and paid off my mortgage. Gotta love em.
Fast, friendly staff. This was my first time at any Starbucks, and I was impressed!
This location has always been hit and miss for service. Sometimes great, sometimes extremely slow, and even a few times they got the drink wrong. Friendly workers just feels like the JV crew.
Of course the coffee and customer service was great ..It's Starbucks...lolI do gotta admit though..I would rather give my business to the smaller coffee stand down the street to Java Junction!.Great way to start your day..
Workers friendly at drive-through. Had all my items, even sausage and cheddar on a Sunday at 1pm. That gets the 5th star.
Drive through experience only4 out of 5 stars solely because whoever made the choice to place the Starbucks in that parking lot is a terrible person. Getting into the parking lot from any direction that isn't M street going South/West bound is a PITB.That being said everything else was phenomenal. They got the order correct, and got it to me in a timely manner even though the drive-thru was full. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
Worst serivi e i ever seen on starbuck . Last i went there at 6-55pm the guy working there just closed the window and ran to the bathroom. I wait there like 20 mins . What i seen there the guy whose working he looking me in back of the wall and wait that i will leave the place. After that he just showed up didnt even talk to me or told me its closed and went into the office . I was new here and i think it oepn till 9 . They a board there shows lobby is closed only drive thru
Amazing customer service here!! They always get my morning going in a positive vibe so early.
