I placed my order by phone when I got there it took them 20 minutes to let me know that they did not know what happen with my order but they said that they will have my order ready in 10 minutes and instead I ended waiting additional 40 minutes to have it. I should of walked away but I kept waiting, not going back there tho.
We went here about a week ago and was so disappointed. It was my husband's bday and we were both looking forward to trying this place. I guess they were understaffed and it showed.We sat in the bar area and at that time it wasn't packed. The server/bartender came around 3 different times to say she'll be with us soon. About 15 min later she came and took our drink and food order.My husband ordered a whiskey flight and I ordered a house beer. We also ordered an appetizer which came out before our drinks. Luckily we had some water still. By the time our food came out we all but lost our appetite. I had 2 bites of burger and took the rest home. My husband only ate half.The loaded waffle fries were pretty good though. So there's that.It took so long to get our check and I think the server recognized our unhappiness and just said "sorry". I doubt we'll ever be back but we might give it another shot at some point.
Burgers are decent here but nothing special. Cool neighborhood bar and burger for any casual occasions.

I could not say anything good about the service at the Auburn Stack 571. The server were so rude they would not even bring us water after seating us. The couple next us young and good looking got attention quickly. After 40 minutes of trying and after another table left we joined them. If you prefer to be treated like a human do not go here. If you don’t mind being treated like crap drop by. I’m not sure if it was because I was with a friend of color but they sure made us feel unwelcome. I will never recommend a place like this to any one ever.
Loved the atmosphere in this place, very welcoming staff. Our server Savannah was so friendly and her energy was great. Seems like the staff get along very well too, I love that! Not to mention the food was amazing. Definitely coming back back here just for the truffle fries alone!
The burgers are out of this world. I was scared to order the peanut butter and hJelly burger but zero regrets once I tried it. Gosh it was so crazy how the sweet, salty and nutty all complimented the burger so well. And their fries with their sauce is sooo good. Any drink I've ordered from them too is on point. The bartender was great and served our drinks beautifully. We got the adult rocky road Nutella milkshake that has a shot in it as well as a stack smash for me which was surprisingly refreshing. I also got a Moscow mule that was perfect. Well definitely be coming back as this was only our second time there and it was perfection yet again!
Had a date night with wife. She had the salmon sandwich and I had the triple something (it was spicy) and both had amazing flavor. I got a beyond burger because it was lent and the beyond burger was juicy and flavorful. I was surprised how good it was. It was perfect spicy, but I have a spicy pallet. The beer flight I got had delicious beers and the huckleberry drink was delicious. Buffalo calamari too! Fantastic spot. We will definitely eat here again. People were wearing masks and not, but nobody seemed to be judging anyone else, which was awesome to see. The server Sterling rocked!!! Loved it. Wish there was a 6th star.
Great selection of Whiskey and some fantastic beers as well. Was here tonight at a networking event and the atmosphere is welcoming, the vibe is relaxed and its clear they make some fun dishes. The pour is enough to delight the discerning aficionado but not so much that the owner would lose his/her mind. Updated spherical cubes and adhered to some other old school whiskey statues and ordinances. The bartender was hilarious! Didn't catch his name but a Star Wars fanatic no doubt and all around good guy, made everyone in the group feel comfortable. Well done! Will be back for sure to try some more dishes!!
First time in there it was a really good atmosphere the bartender was extremely knowledgeable and the food is very good
