Been coming here for years. Still my favorite teriyaki place.

Love their food so much. Used to go once a week in high school. but now a days Doesn't matter how many years apart i go, the quality and taste is still just as amazing as it's always been. Best teriyaki sauce I've ever had too. Tonight was great, thanks so much to the owners. You guys are great.

I love this little mom and pop spot. Totally worth giving them a shot. Customer service might not be the best but I would highly suggest stopping by

Went for yakisoba and bulgogi. Yakisoba was perfect. Flavors were great. But the real kicker was that I locked my keys in my car, and the owner, (the same guy other reviews said was rude), called a tow truck to come unlock my door for me, on his dime. Genuine empathy the whole time. I've never patronized a place that was so over the top accomodating for an $11 customer before. True grace.

Very rude customer service !!!!!!! He will literally argue with you for no reason!!!!

By far the best Chinese food in auburn, try the cashew almond chicken. Ps the other reviews are correct they are not the best customer service but the food is bomb. Know what you want order n leave lol

The 2 stars are for the sweet lady who made me a pineapple banana smoothie and added coconut to make it a piña colada. But the empty stars are for the horrible customer service that was received when I asked the rude old man on a separate occasion to do the same. He refused to make it because “it’s not on the menu” instead of just adding one more ingredient to a smoothie …

I used to eat there a lot as a young man 25 years ago. I moved away from Auburn to go to WSU in 1997, and haven't lived in Auburn since. Whenever I go to Auburn, I make a point to go to Soho Teriyaki. I love it! I haven't ever had a bad experience. I took my 15 year old son there today for his first time and he's hooked now too! It's been owned by the same couple as long as I have been eating there and they serve up the same yummy yaki I have loved all these years. It has been the standard by which I have measured all teriyaki since. If only there were a place like that on the East Coast, where I live now!

Soho had very bad customer service I had a few questions to ask before it ordered and the man on the phone was very rude to me and I’ll never order food from there ever again The food is very dry and bland and very unseasoned

The owner yelled at me but then realized what I wanted and calmed down was a weird experience. He seemed alright prior won’t be going back.
