Went to try first time as I always use to see "Qdoba" and wasn't confident if I would like or not.Told the same thing to Supervisor "Beonka".She didn't only explain well in fact made me try stuff before I could make my food bowl.Must visit and say [ HI TO BEONKA! ]
Completely messed up my DoorDash order. Also forgot a couple items in my bag.Hey listen, there is a Chipotle nearby too. Don't waste your time at Qdoba, especially this location.
The food is always good at Qdoba but this store in Auburn was filthy today. While seeming to have a full crew and 1 girl scurrying around trying to get orders done while the manager was cruising in the back possibly prepping food and the line itself where they prepare the food was a mess.
The food was good, but the place was pretty filthy. The floor behind the food servers was full of food. When the person preparing my food accidentally spilled my order on the counter she just flung out behind her on the floor. Almost hitting another employee with it. The bathroom was also filthy and all the trash cans in the restaurant were over flowing.
How do you have a fast food place that offers to skip the line? Came in the expected time of arrival and the response “sorry we got slammed”. Probably should designate someone to mobile orders also or just not offer mobile ordering
It's Safer to get a bowl than a burrito. Literally used a short foil under the taco/burrito wrap, a chunk of the wrap was wiping the counter ??Yea last time ever buying food from here ?
I placed an order this evening with Uber Eats. On the Uber app. There wasn't a place to include a special request on my order. So, I called in & requested that the guacamole and sour cream be placed on the side and not on my tacos directly.The QDOBA EMPLOYER responded: No. We can't do that for you. We have to make it exactly as the ticket says.I asked again: There was no space on the app. To request special requests for my order which is why I am calling you right now.QDOBA EMPLOYER: I cannot do that!-she was extremely difficult, rude, & quick tempered.I asked: Can I speak to your supervisor?QDOBA EMPLOYER: She will be in tomorrow. You can call back tomorrow & have her fix your order, ok. (Then, she carried on by saying) You can bring me your order tomorrow so I know you paid for it & I can re-make it for you exactly how you wanted it.I reminded her: The Uber Driver is going to be there soon. I already paid for my food.Then, she dropped the phone. Someone else picked up & asked me about my order.I explained to the second employee of QDOBA that I only wanted two ingredients put on the side & she told me she will do what she can.I finally did receive the delivery. Yes, I received the guacamole and sour cream on the side. But, I will not be eating there again. Why did she have to be so disrespectful & rude? I don't know?
Generally, when my wife and I go out to eat (or these days get take-out) I have been disappointed with my food or the service.This Qdoba has never given me bad food or service. My wife and I have just about become regulars to this location in particular for the world class customer service and great food. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I know I'll be going back again.
my second time coming to this location, and the two times I have walked in, I seen the employees deal with the most needy and complicated customers ever. But employees always show true patience and great customer service because oh my. So here I am reviewing this location only because the employees truly deserve it. And food is always great when you want something quick to grab. #YouDontHaveToPayExtraForGuac.
Wonderful staff and awesome food! Helen and Beonka are the sweetest and I have mad respect for everyone’s hard work. The staff is professional, friendly, and polite. I appreciate them for all that they do.
