Bad coffee experience.. and I’m not a big complainer. I actually help manage a coffee shop of my own. Occasionally mistakes are made and that is fine. We train our employees to learn from our mistakes and start over if a drink is ever returned. I ordered a double shot mocha today a PNW Coffee Co and was given a single shot latte. I returned it to be fixed, but was immediately returned the same drink with some chocolate added in after. Not acknowledging the chemistry behind making a good mocha and the lack of passion behind making good coffee for customers.
Amazing coffee and workers are there,hey are ready to serve you with great pleasure,go get your Delicious drink and support them. All people are nice especially Chelsea.
I've given this place at least 10 chances, food is over priced and under flavored. Espresso tastes like you get recycled shots. Abysmal operating hours, with horrendously slow service.
The store is clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff is courteous and friendly. The coffee is a little dark for my taste but that goes for any small shops I've visited. I haven't tried the food much. The location, I've always thought, is perfect for a coffee shop. Adjacent to a transit center/commuter train station. I enjoy the atmosphere when I get the chance to hang out there. My only complaint is they use powdered cider mix (which gives me heartburn) instead of steamed apple juice. I love the Vanilla Chai latte. ? =^..^=
Good theyre open late, my mornings start at 6:00PM so just enough time to walk down and get coffee before work. Also just seen they got alcohol on menu which is surprising for a coffee place. Gotta try it out.
Great experience at this café: the staff were warm and welcoming, and my drink, a London Fog was perfect both visits. They were even kind enough to let me use the restroom later in the day when I stopped in before catching a bus home. I definitely plan to visit PNW Coffee again.
Got there at like 6:30pm to discover they still do breakfast food. I was so excited as it’s my favorite. Delicious food and coffee for good prices. I don’t live anywhere near here but if I did I’d be a regular.
This is a great place to grab some quick food that is tasty. I got the dirty Chai and avocado toast. I would highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and quick.
Very polite. Even to homeless people. Their mochas better than starbucks
Absolutely adorable, as a morning commuter I happened upon the place due to a missed train. The inside gives off a very cozy feel. I can only speak for the cookie and the breakfast sandwich I receive but very well made. The cookie was nice and not overly sweet. Thank you for being open so early in the morning!
