Called when my online order had an error. I was transferred a total of 5 times, then was told to call corporate. I called to see if my online order went through, was asked to hold and was transferred without anyone answering me if my online order went through or not. Again by the 5th transfer, someone finally said to call corporate and hung up on me. I've never had this issue with any other pizza hut besides this one in Auburn.
I called in my order I was told the total went to go pick up nobody came to the lobby loud music and was 10 more dollars than what I was told on the phone going to quit going to auburn pizza hut
This is an amazing Pizza Hut! The management really is outstanding! And the Pizza ain't half bad either... JK ? The pizza is AWESOME! My personal favorite is the Chicken Bacon Stuffed... It's delicious!
This location has been hit or miss, between the drivers arguing with you loudly when they don't understand what no contact means, to my entire orders having been crushed en route. I can forgive that because things happen, but when you intentionally deceive your customer base and route all of your deliveries through DOORDASH of all places? Those people are vampires and I would have never even considered placing the order if I knew it was going to get filtered through there. Also blocking my feedback survey was real cute, I'm calling corporate tomorrow.
this place is great they have great food at amazing prices and the best pizza in town hands down it took a little longer to get my order but the employee Jason who works there hooked me up he made it worth my while for waiting it's customer service like that that will keep me coming back.
My original order was given to another customer. The team had no ossies with remaking the order. Did not get 5 sauces I paid an extra .75 cents for though.
My order was not right but by the time I seen that is was not what I ordered it was already dropped off and the driver was gone the driver was very nice and on time but I did end up paying for something I did not end up getting

Gave me someone else's order and I had to wait for them to remake my order. Last time I ordered from this location the pizza was super burnt.
Ordered pizza. The lady that delivered took a 20 minute detour somewhere then dropped off my pizza. It was cold and nasty. Last three times it was late and cold. I grew up eating here. Never eating here again. Don’t recommend it either.
