Absolutely the worst most unfriendly service I have ever experienced. This employee seriously needs to find a job not dealing with the public. Such a bad attitude.
New to the area and never had menchies before, it's delicious and the shop is so clean. But I'm here to say it's the best customer service I have ever encountered. We have been a few times with different workers and all are kind, helpful and just go out of their way to make every visit special!

We’ve gone here frequently for years. I’ve bought cakes from them, brought my kids, other kids and more. After today, we are DONE and will never be back. The CDC, federal government, AND state government have ALL said you DO NOT need a mask if you are vaccinated. Apparently, Menchies knows better than these organizations and did not allow my group of 8 people inside their store because we were not wearing masks in compliance with the CDC, federal government, the U.S. president and state mandates. Menchies apparently could care less that we helped to keep them in business for the past year. So, sad to say Menchies but you just lost 3 loyal families who would have continued to be your customers. Hope your store doesn’t get shut down while you continue to alienate your loyal customers.
