Every time I order from doordash it comes from this McDonald's and my order is constantly missing items...no joke! I wish I could pick which McDonald's my order comes from. I think they need to have 3 different people triple check their orders because paying out of pocket to feed a family of 6 is roughly around $200 and people's money should be taken seriously!! Come on McDonald's, make sure that you check your orders and get every item that was paid for in the bag. You can do better!!Ordered Doordash once again on 6/8/22 because I have to be up at 2am for work and my kids need to eat but my order is missing 5 items again and the food is cold as if it sat for hours and just waited for someone to order it so they could send off their old nasty burgers, nuggets, and fries!!!! What is the problem here guys?? Come on....there's way more bad/horrible reviews than good....that's sad!! Management needs to get on it and fix the issues here!! People pay for their quality, service, and accuracy and all are just horrible!!! If I could give a -1000 ?...I definitely would!! Doordash let me order from a different McDonald's please?? The ones giving 5 stars are most likely workers that got told to do a rating!!
I ordered a meal and wanted a sweet tea, I was disappointed that they were out of the sweet tea. I get to the 1st window and the cashier drops my change and laughs about it. There isn't a way I can pick up the change. This is not the first time that this has happened at this store. I arrive at the 2nd window and the expediter doesn't say hello or thank you. Customer service at this location needs improvement!
this mcdonalds sucks, they always have you pull foward without your food even if you order something simple. They always get my order wrong or forget something which then makes me go inside which i didn't want to do in the first place. Food quality is garbage, fries usually cold, burger always taste off. would not recommend this place
They didn’t let me bring my form of transportation in the restaurant. I was trying be safe and not get robbed. Then they mean mugged me and got my order wrong and didn’t give me a refund or new order.
So I don't know if anyone has the app for McDonald's but try ordering something and accidentally order another item and have them fix the order for you. Not only did they not fix my order I had to buy something I DIDDNT want they also told me they couldn't fix the order if the order was placed online! What!! Then why have the app running for customers if you don't have full range on the app?? Makes no sense what company's get away with these days. (CANCEL BAD SERVICE)

I ordered a quarter pounder meal. The fries and pop were okay. The burger was thrown together the cheese was about half on the burger and not melted. I saw the excellent health department rating and thought it was an overall good impression. I will not be going back to that location anytime soon. I was hungry but I made a mistake by choosing this location. Please take the time to prepare your burgers to the company standard. It really does make a difference.
They take your money then make you wait. Forgot my drink. Burger looked like they just threw it into the container. Pickels were off to the left while the cheese was half on the right side of box
This McDonald’s needs to completely close down fire everyone and start over. I’m not sure how you can mess up “plain” but here we are with mayonnaise and lettuce I did not ask for. This is probably the 4th time I’ve gone to this location and had my order messed up. Plain is less work for your employees but they are not trainer properly so cannot comprehend simple tasks. Please fire everyone working on the day of 1/11/22 as whoever is running this crew is completely and utterly useless at management and maintaining quality customer service.
I went here a lot before the pandemic and never had any problems but the last 3 times I have gone through the drive thru and there always seems to be a long wait and an issue with my order. Often you will need to park and wait for your food to be ready and the lot isn't really set up for this. Also I have small issues with my order like I asked for no pickles but still get them anyway or my Big Mac was missing one of the beef patties.
