Terrible, they can't take an order properly. We went to the drive paid for 3 sweet tea,'s when we got to the pickup window they did not have our order in the system any longer. We were asked to pull ahead so they could straighten out the order. Two more cars pulled in behind us because they could not get service either. Wow no ice tea. No ice cream.
I think the best McDonald's I've been to. I went to drive thru for breakfasts. Line wasn't too long and not because they weren't busy but because the employees are fast and accurate. From the order screen to pickup I was made to feel welcome and treated like a good friend and saw nothing but smiles and happy faces at the window ...The food was hot and correct, everything was going so smoothly I went thru the line again just for a doughnut ..delicious btw... I can't think of a recent time I had ever felt so welcome and part of the family.
A whole bunch of kids that don’t wanna work. I ordered a box of cookies that was missing four cookies after having to wait on the side for them to be microwaved. I told them their mistake and waited patiently and then they give me only two cookies that are cold. I regret not just giving back the cookies and getting my refund . But I just knew that would be my first and last time here. Don’t waste your time stopping here there’s two other McDonald’s around the area and down the road

3 back to back bad experiences at this location. Curbside pick up is a joke because they take a ridiculously long time to bring the food out. I had to go inside once to get it and my stuff was just sitting on the counter and the staff was just standing around talking. The food is always cold and the staff is rude. Won't go back.
The ordering process was good, asked for fresh fries and a burger had to wait which was fine. After waiting longer than the person behind and receiving the wrong order. Once I did get my order it was made sloppy and fries was not fresh.
Good customer service. Biscuit egg & cheese sandwich was very dry and the bacon was extra burnt and crispy.Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin sandwich and the egg was the folded egg for biscuit sandwiches instead of the round egg for McMuffin sandwiches.
Terrible?had to go back thru to ask for fresh food? How long does it sit before they discard it. Dont give to patrons please

I feel like this is either an incredibly incompetent location or they are purposefully malicious. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Either I ask for no onions, double pickles and I get hella onions with all the pickles shoved to one side of the burger, or I got no sauces with my chicken nuggets (or its the wrong kind of sauce), or they give me medium fries when I ask for large, etc. Currently Im sitting here with two cheeseburgers. One was done correctly (no onions, double pickles) and the other has two bun ends, lots of onions and two pickles they slapped on top of each other. This is getting ridiculous at this point.
