The food is great . The woman manager at the Auburn way S. In Washington restaurant is probably the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve ever seen . Won’t go back because of her .
Only 1 star because I can't give a zero. Ordereda #1 Big Mac meal and a shake.the $13.49. Didn't get my fries, had to ask for them. Got stone cold raw fries. Dry over cooked burgers. Manager "Sam was the second Manager I spoke with was uncaring and dismissed and downright rude She acknowledged that she gave me cold raw fries, didn't seem to care. The food is disgusting and and management could care less. Not looking for fine dining. Just something edible andsafe to eat
i ordered a buy one get one for a dollar. it is on the menu board at the drive thru. . then when i payed they charged full price .. then when i bring up to the manager she said "too f*cking bad" "it ended yesterday". i just asked for a refund.. this is not acceptable..
Morning manager held doordash food ransom after giving me the wrong order. I had to wait and go through the drive thru again and was told that I can not pick up my doordash customers food.
This mcdonalds did not give me everything I paid for and since there were at least 13 cars in the drive thru line, I called the number printed on the receipt. The girl Anna that answered told me in order for me to get the remainder of my order I had to wait in the line. when I said i was at the door already she said "wedont do door orders after 7 and when I asked her name she spelled it out and said " we're franchise so don't bother calling corporate." Lmao . No one is gonna call corporate for the McDonald's receptionist Keep the pie hun ill buy another somewhere else.
I ordered 2 Quarter Pounders, 2 Fries and 2 10 piece Nuggets. After a 15 minute wait and a 4 minute ride home I have 2 pink burgers and ice cold fries. When i called I was told I could come back or have my name out in a book for replacement burgers. Neither was what I wanted, told her I was going over her head. That this was unacceptable. She hung up on me. When I called back because I wanted to know who and how to do this she picked up the phone without saying anything and hung up on me. She didn’t answer the phone again. It rang and rang. Must have caller ID.
This is the SLOWEST McDonalds ever. It has been this way for years. Not a COVID-19 issue. You would have fast service at a nice sit down restaurant.
VERY RUDE service from that woman at the counter. I reported her to corporate. There was a woman in front of me that ordered a coffee and asked for tens and got yelled at. That woman left before getting the coffee she paid for and it was still on the counter when I had left. She yelled at me several times, gives dirty looks like she can't stand anybody choosing to spend money here and does not give receipts. I'm never coming in again. I came in after not having been here in a year and I regret coming in so much. Wendys has better food, better service and is right next door.
We pulled up to the drive through and noticed the ice machine dispenser tube was moldy. You can see black. I asked for no ice and the girl at the window said I need to specify that at the order. I said to her I was unaware they ya'all didn't clean right. She was super rude and my kid was missing half his order after that...So I called and spoke with a Manger who asked me how do I know it's dirty. I said when you can see visual mold..I know. Then she told me they clean it once a month and it can't be dirty.... ICE MACHINES NEED CLEANED DAILY.IM CALLING THE HEALTH DEP.
Service at this Mcdonald's location is consistent. Consistent food quality as well as customer service. Sometimes the lines in the drive thru are long due to the dine in area being closed but that is to be expected. My only complaint is when there was snow and ice they did not do a very good job at keeping the parking lot and drive thru safe.
