Extremely unprofessional environment. Within the 10 minutes of me being in there I listen to cussing and other topics that shouldn’t have been had with a customer in the store. But the part that upset me the most is that a larger white male worker in a black beanie sat and used racial slurs close to 20 times.
They have parking for online orders so you can call as you arrive, the idea is so you can skip the line and they bring it out to you, each time they don't answer the call and I end up going through the line. One day, I drove up ordered and asked for fresh food this time as the last couple of times my chicken was dried out, the kid said to park, and it would be 35 to 40 minutes. It would seem to me that they have no adult supervision and do as they please.
Was alright .wasn't sure if i was even gonna be able to get anything because sometimes they don't take cash only credit are debit ..
The 5 chicken strips were not crispy at all. They were limp and oily and cold and just plain gross. Mashed potato were old. They were grey. Expensive and disgusting. They use to be so good. Do not come here at 330 in the afternoon hoping for a great early dinner. I would never come to this one again.
I just bought a 12 piece meal and there was one piece of hair in one of the chicken how disgusted!!! I recommend to anyone that should try another location I ain’t ever going back!!!!
Went threw today for lunch .i had a weird feeling about the girl working the register. She had possession of my debit card and kept turning her back to me at the drive threw holding my card for a long time.when she handed my my card and food I noticed she had her cell phone sitting on the counter by the cash register. If I get theft on my account I'll know right where to go. I tryed calling store to speak to management and no answer so far. Beware !!! I have mobile banking !!
Recieved a mushy, sunken, over-cooked pot pie, with no utensils and no receipt. Staff (including manager) was pretty curt and rude. Hardly worth the nearly $6.
the manger at this place has no management skills whatsoever she openly admits to giving us the wrong order and proceeds to tell us it's out of her hands and she can do nothing for us and when asked for HRs information she proceeds to cuss me out and then refuse to answer the phone when I want HRs information would not recommend to anyone until new manger is hired
people probably won’t believe me but this is actually what i got i ordered online i waited abour 1 hr and this is what i got which i didn’t eat its not even sandwich god knows they did what???????
Usually good but make sure and check your food bag cause they have forgotten to put some food items in.
