All around pretty good pho. The restaurant is run by a fairly wholesome couple. I had #p13, soup was a tad sour and basil was not served. But good was very good overall.
This is a one man show. The dudes a great cook, runs the drive through and restaurant by himself. Some people don’t realize it’s just him back there! This is my favorite lakewood Pho spot and you can’t beat a drive through!
Love this place. Owner is funny and food is always delicious. 5 stars in my opinion I come here weekly and have nothing to complain about.
Was here more than 5 years ago to change things up. The other phô place by Starbucks is not there anymore.
First complaint is everything is overpriced. I understand cost is going up and see increases elsewhere but theirs is extravagant….. $13.99 for chicken fried rice with about 60% less meat than average places?Anyways the flavor was ok. There spring rolls are a joke. Basically 1 shrimp split in half shredded iceberg lettuce from a bag and some noodles….. no Vietnamese pork….. 4” long where most are 6”…..for $2.50…. Sad.Teriyaki is pan fried and a small portion. Good sauce though priced more 3-4 dollars more than across the street who charbroil it and give you alot more……no thanks.Lastly the pho. $13 or 14 for a large i believe. Decent amount of beef and decent broth. Main gripe her is they give you maybe a handful of bean sprouts for 2 orders and most of the time the got those gross grey ends on them. If you want extra $2-5….. he never charges the sameThis is the absolute most I pay for a large pho.If someone opens a decent pho shop around here there gonna be in trouble.
Every time I come here dude is slammed stuff is good but service is horrible. Called in 20 mins ahead still had to wait another 20 mins to get my food.don’t go here if your in a rush.Don’t go here save yourself the time guys takes on orders he can’t even fulfill
Not my favorite but good pho. I have other pho places rated higher this is a good spot for me to stop on my way home. Serviceable pho if you're in the neighborhood definitely give it a try. Maybe you will like it better than me. Thanks
One star.1 hour ten mibutes to recieve pho dining in. 3 other tables. Not once came and said a word. Never brought the waters we asked for when ordered.Pho was very bland hardly any meat for a large pho.And too top it off after waiting over an hr we ordered two soups, and asked for another small plate of sprouts and basil and was told id have to pay. Sorry pal. Wont get my business again.. and the cold egg roll s as well. This place sucks
I usually don't write review, but this place was so bad, I had to go out of my way to write a review. I called to order two sandwiches for take out. The lady told me it would take about 10 minutes. When we got there over 10 minutes later, they haven't even started on our order yet and it took FOREVER for them to make the food. It was really late and I had a long drive home with my kids (3 and 10 years old); My son had cross country practice and it ended late. I decided to just open the sandwiches up at the table and showed my daughter how to eat it so she can eat in the car while I drive. The bread was chewy! They didn't even toast it, it felt like it got put in the microwave to get warmed up; it was so bad, my 10 year ol d son could barely bite it. As I was trying to show my daughter how to hold and bite the sandwich, the lady asked one of workers if I had order to go and was getting frustrated because we sat down at a table. There were NO ONE in the restaurant besides me and my kids at this time. She was saying why we open our food to eat there when we ordered to go, all of this in Vietnamese...I understood her because I am also vietnamese. Anyway, I would not come back here again. If the food was good, then maybe I will put up with the bad service and attitude if I really needed food; or if the service was good, I would accept food not so great...but both were horrible AND the price was not all that great either.
Worst ever food. Overpriced and super small portions. My banh mi sandwich wasn't even on the right roll and wasn't toasted. The Mongolian beef was super small portions. This business won't survive
