We went here solely because of all the signs for the new milkshake flavors. However, they told us they couldn't make those. They also no longer offer items made with peanut butter so that eliminates a few of the items on their menu, as well. The food is a little pricey for mall food but it was decent tasting and was made fresh. It's a cute little place, too. Also, fyi if you pay with cash you need the exact amount.
It’s like they don’t want to work. Poor customer service, making the milk shake and just giving you what they mixed it in since it couldn’t fit in the WRONG glass, OBVIOUSLY, that it was poured in. Getting a plain hot dog because he failed to explain that it comes plain and you pick the toppings you want. Brought our burgers without fries cause, said it came with fries, then said they don’t when they got to the table. Also didn’t say they were out of bacon before we ordered, just told us they didn’t have any when we decided on what to eat. Also out of peanut butter? There’s barely anyone in here
Super busy but soooo worth it! Sat at the bar. Got to watch the action of the diner and the staff running around trying their best to take care of everyone.Definitely want patience if busy when you visit.Today, staff was as quick as possible and kept a smile on their face as they faced many challenges (one example: they ran out of clean cups)Ordered the Spicy Houston as a recommendation from a server and was not disappointed. Super yummy and the perfect amount of spice on a burger.My kiddo got a double Route 66 and throughly enjoyed it.Thanks for serving us! Loved it!

Great burgers, and delicious French fries. The décor is straight out of the 50's which is very cute. The service however is a little wanting. When I went there were only three people and it took them close to 30 minutes to make and serve the food. Which would be great under different circumstances. I was on my lunch break, as I work in the mall.

Good customer service and quick turn around on food. They were family friendly though minimal healthier options.
Loved it. Food was great. It was still hot when it was delivered to the table. Service was excellent.
