I had the #4 Turkey Tom regular size and it was delicious made just right and worth the money

Excellent service excellent fresh food beats subway hands down!!!

Never coming here again, I had a simple 3 sandwich order for my family and the young woman taking my order at the window had the audacity to scoff and laugh as I inconvenienced her with my third sandwich. Would hate to have to deal with someone like that in the work place she should not be the face of your company I’ll tell you that right now. As someone who works with our community, I was embarrassed for the establishment due to her terrible service and poor attitude. Horrible! 2:30 pm 2/5/22. Do better Jimmy Johns.

Husband ordered sandwich was told over 20.00 by a very unprofessional childish person claiming to be the manager. Same sandwich at Federal Way location 14.39 with tax. Maybe they are pocketing the difference? Their sandwiches are inconsistent and incorrect to what was ordered most of the time. The bad attitudes don’t help at all.

Yesterday my wife ordered 2 sandwiches one of which was messed up so we called the store spoke to a manager about how the sandwich was wrong and she told us that we would have a credit of $20 to use at this store specifically. We have her our order number on the receipt and gave them our name. Today we went in to redeem our $20 and nothing that was promised was followed through on the person we spoke to lied.

The Rost Beef was excellently cooked the bread was an amazing quality and the lettuce was fresh an there provolone was perfectly melted im slowly warming up to it!

Bootleggers sandwich is my fave, tried it on wheat today and love their wheat bread. We did pick up and it was fast and friendly service.

Staff is there to do their job, get in get out mentality. It’s not their job to talk to you or hear about your day or ask where/what your doing. They will politely take your card and tell you to have a good day. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, always in and out with in 5 minutes or less. Food is always fresh.

A bit confusing with all the covid restrictions in this location. Doors not open but website & app & email say come pick up. All other locations have doors open, but here you have to spend all the time to park & walk to the door just to learn it's locked & they only do delivery / drive through. I've eaten here for years and food is on par with other locations, just wish the directions between corporate (or even the parking lot) and franchise were more clear.
