Incredible customer service. I had a last minute catering order. They prefer 24hrs notice on an order like this. We had a tragedy at work and my wife suggested that I buy sandwiches. I went in and the workers were extremely cool and understanding about me placing a large order. I will 100% be going back to them time and again for catering orders. The employees working this morning at opening all deserve raises for going above and beyond.
Superstars! I har a very large order for a local grocery warehouse! Your employees knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much!! Give these employees a raise!?
I eat here so often that it is embarrassing! The food is great, but I come for the great staff! I feel like they are my kids, always smiling and happy to make a great sandwich!
Didn’t know they stop serving hot food 1hr before close I understand 830pm but at 8pm no more hot food??
I am not completely sure what is going on with the Jersey Mike's Subs location in Auburn. This is my third consecutive time getting a horrible sandwich from them. As you can see from my picture, the sandwich bread was stale and crumbling apart. Very disappointed and at this point I will never eat another sandwich from this location.
Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far at this Jersey Mikes location. There was a middle aged lightskin woman Harassing her elderly coworker in front of all of their customers! I really hope that women wasn’t the manager the way she was bossing around everyone in the store in a rude manner! I would never recommend this restaurant to another person in my life! Which is terrible because I love your sandwiches! The service is normally flawless but today was unacceptable.

I'm giving it 2 stars because when I WAS able to order from there it was great. The last 3 times I've tried before tonight, I've been greeted with "We only have wheat bread, no roast beef, no cheese and no...." They never answer the phone and today when I tried to stop by at 6:45 pm on a Saturday they were already closed for the night. Done. I wish I could eat at Jersey Mikes, but the location in Auburn is just for site alone, they are never open, and have no ingredients when they are.
Ripoff! Overcharged for my drink/chip add on. Left the bacon off of my sandwich. And if you ask for Mike's way, tell them to watch it with the vinegar; completely soaked bread after 1.5 mile drive back to work. Will not be back.
This location is just awful, constant issues with delivery orders. Best part? They refuse to answer the phone! Most recently we ordered 2 regular subs for dinner, we were sent 1 regular, 1 mini. A mini is a snack if its your dinner and you are a adult...terrible.Customer Service is non existent .Wont be giving them our money again, Jimmy John's gets our business
