Food was delivered quickly and cooked exactly how I asked! I was helped by a really nice man named Zen, he was super nice and made sure I had everything I needed!

The food was ok, service was less than that. We were in with one other table of people there, and of course they sit us right beside them. Never was offered a refill on my all you can eat pancakes too, cmon guys get it together. Im tired of being disappointed every time i go out to eat.
Actually I was there to pick up or delivery for Uber eats and I was delivering it to a customer The staff is always friendly I think they do their best to make things fresh and hot I think breakfast foods don't deliver well it's hard to keep them hot and fresh especially if you're talking in eggs or pancakes things that go inherently cold very quickly Foam containers really do not travel well. It's okay.

Had been put in between two families who were loud and swore the hole time I was there.Talked to the manager she was dummer then forest gump , the employees walked by the tables several times and didn’t say anything to the group to quite down. The food wasn’t that good either, did they go to labor ready to find a cook. Will not eat at ihop ever again, my advice would be terminate the incompetent manager of the restaurant.
The service was great. My stomach is so bad right now after eating that in wondering if they have me regular pancakes instead of the gluten free ones I ordered.
They are checking vaccination cards. Bravo! I not from here, but I love it. I wish that was happening where I'm from. The best buttermilk pancakes, as usual ?
The food was good, but the service suffered, which happens from time to time. The food arrived at a decent time, but the server checked on us once, didn't refill my soda, and I went up front to pay. I don't know the server's perspective, but people have bad days. There are many reasons that I won't speculate over. I just hope the server learns and doesn't repeat it.
Prior to pandemic we enjoyed eating our meals at Auburn IHOP. Now we do order & pickup. Our order is bagged & ready to go when we arrive. However, several times we have been disappointed with the burnt pancakes they’ve packaged & sold us.
