My favorite burger place around! I get cheeseburger and fries with some fry sauce and tartar. The drive thru usually doesn't take too long. If you have a passenger definitely use the left lane to get through faster. All the locations have the same great food. Way better and faster than Pick Quick or Frisko Freeze. Hope they open more locations!
Oh my goodness, where to start.I just had my first burger from frugals and the whole experience was so refreshing and awesome! It was lunch time and these guys were slammin. But the line was cruising regardless.The food was on point, delicious, and fresh. It was just made. Real meat not sitting in a warmer. The bun was fluffy and soft.I asked for added jalapenos and this is the first time at any restaurant that I was given a respectable amount instead of 2 or 3.The staff was super friendly. You can tell they're working hard.The prices are fantastic and they do specials. Not something you see at 'competitors' like Micky D's.I honestly don't know why Frugals isn't the societal standard for burger joints. You guys are doing everything right from what I can see.
My kids grew up on frugals. Yes they are famous for their burgers, but the BLT is phenomenal. Piled high with bacon cooked to perfection. A huckleberry shake is a delicious addition. This is one of our favorite stops if headed to muckleshoot, a concert, or going skiing at Crystal Mountain. We never passed without stopping. Very fast service.
Absolutely awful costumer service. No thank yous or pleases. They Basically throw you the credit card machine and get upset when you ask for any sauce even though they ask you to “please remind them at the window”. So disappointed. Food was mediocre. Basic burger joint. Could probably get your moneys worth at Burger King and surprisingly enough, it would be better.
They must have been having an off day. Order taker was a little impatient. We ordered 3 shakes, 1 root beer and 1 large french fries. Had to remind them of the root beer and the fries 2 of the shakes had hardly any flavor. The root beer was weak on flavor and carbonation. The fries were dry and I am not sure that we got a large.
I have been going to Frugal's for about the last 3 years. I usually enjoy their food while not breaking the bank for a burger and fries. Since about September 2021 their quality has diminished. During my last experience, the burger was so over cooked I couldn't even eat it because it was so bad.
Delicious flavorful burgers, crispy fries, and Beverly, the manager is a character and a sweetheart. When a friend visits from out of town and wants a tasty burger, Frugals is where I take them.
So tasty, burgers are awesome. Fries are excellent, and made even better by great fry sauce. Seasonal shake flavors (pumpkin pie and eggnog have both been very good) and very friendly service make this one of our favorites.
Absolute bast place to get a delicious burger without busting your wallet. Our dog Kira especially enjoys the visit as she gets a fist full of bacon ? from the loving employees. When we need burgers this is the place, hands (and paws) down!!!
This is the second time we have gone to Frugals and this is what we got again. The first time i didn't say anything. This is disgusting and prices keep going up and this is what you serve to people???? I can call and complain and it does no good. They don't care. We will never eat at this place again. It tastes horrible. How are you even allowed to be open?
