$52 for a burrito plate, 6 grease dripping tacos, a side of rice & beans and 2 large horchatas.. oh not to mention the 75 cent “to go” fee they charge for ordering in the drive through. The tortillas on my tacos were almost tostadas because they were so crunchy and over cooked. The only thing I agree with is almost $5 for the portion of rice and beans , it was a generous amount. But almost $8.50 for 2 large horchatas? I used to be able to come here and order the same thing for $10-$15 cheaper ! I don’t mind paying for quality food but this food was not worth what we paid. Very disappointed! Definitely will be sticking to El Sabor, it’s a whole $10 cheaters for the same order.Not to mention the almost 10 minute wait out front. ☹️☹️
I took my good back. There was large chunks of fat in what should have been shredded beef. They charged me for the meat I couldn't bring myself to eat it. My son got a chimichanga he was not impressed and begged me to never order food from there again. They charged me for bottled drinks then tried to tell me they were out when I requested my money for the drinks they magically had bottled drinks. When I took my food back I brought the drinks as well yet they didn't give me a refund for them.I'm not sure why this place had so many good reviews.I just want a decent street taco
We doordashed our order. I got the 3 tacos (chicken, adobada, pollo, carnita) the meats were really good but 2 of the tortillas were a little hard on the edges. I love the marinated carrots and like how everything was packed. Limes, veggies, radishes, red and green sauce, napkins and forks. He said the enchiladas were good and he also had tacos. I ate the beans and rice and couldn't finish my last taco. I'll have tacos there anytime. My meal came with a drink and I chose the tamarind it taste just like eating them.
The lady at the front counter was very rude. She made me while for about 7 minutes to even be addressed. Then she ignored me 2 times when I was putting asking about my order. I've been in the store now for 20 minutes havn't been told one thing about my order. Also I was told I don't need to order a drink that it came with the special then on arriving was told I hadto pay for drink, 4.90 FOR A MEDIUM. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. IF I KNEW HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE. Never coming back here
Excellent as always. I have been to at least 6 of their restaurant locations. Really like that you can expect the same quality at each.
I got the order of 5 tacos for $16.60 these should be carne asada but I got the onion tacos(the tacos had more onion than beef). For the price I think they should not be limited in meat. the service very good but the food is not worth it.
El Rinconsito is a absolutely great place to get a hearty healthy meal. If you are on a budget there are a couple things on special just under $10, but for a bit more you can get delicious combinations of Mexican food that is better than most sit down Mexican restaurants.This Auburn location is part of a growing chain there always seems to be one of these on my way on long road trips.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I’ve been going here for a year. Never any issues. Tonight my fiancé called and placed an order for pickup. We got the order. Arrived home to eat and he finds a 6+ inch piece of hair in the food. I called and the remade the order. When I got back home with the new food, my fiancé takes a bite and can see that there is mold inside his food. Not a little bit. But a lot. Every bite has mold. The meat was pulled from the fridge with mold and then Cooked and served. Never again will I be eating from here.
This was one of my favorite places to go but the thing I used to order was not good the last two times I went, & it seemed like they changed their shredded beef, that's 2/3rds of my reduced star. The other 1/3rd is how slow the drive thru often is. It's a put it in park while you wait slow.That being said the food is really good so its worth the wait, the staff are really nice (even though English is often not their first language), prices are fair, and their delivery pickup is on point.
3 months ago my husband and I submitted a report where there was a metal screw in his food that he bit down and almost swallowed. It broke his tooth & caused an infection. Instead of settling it behind closed doors and giving the insurance lawyers our info so they could update us, we’ve sent 30+ emails, had 60+ phone calls & no answers & if they do by chance answer their phone, they say we will call you back or call us back. So as you know, it never actually gets solved. Finally, Enrique the Central office staffer said call Monday. It’s Monday - he is on vacation all week. It’s disgusting that we’ve had to make reviews just for them to respond for their public image, but cannot get back to us in private. **happy to remove review once the central office replies as this was at Bellevue location, but unfortunately if other branches don’t start getting involved urging central staff to respond this is what we’ve been forced to do.
