My second time here (use to go to the ones in San Diego all the time). Food was delicious. I really like some of the new upgrades including the app and adding the tickets to the card!

Really?! This sandwich is unacceptable, the bun looks like it was in someone's pocket, and there was a lack of flavor and toppings. Basically 2 chicken strips, lettuce and some sauce on the worst bun I've ever seen! I could go on about how terrible the kids meals were as well but the worst was trying to order on our phones. The scanned menu and ordering system barely worked, it said our order went through with a ding ding but the server said it wasn't on her end. We tried to order from the server but she said we have to use the QR code. Why would I tip? Different people brought our food and our drinks. Nothing about this restaurant makes me want to go back. Next time we'll eat elsewhere and just go play games. Come on D&B, get it together!
It was our first time visiting this place to meet up with a group of business associates. I just had a glass of of drink that was recommended by the waitress. It was not impressive as I didn’t taste the alcohol; much of it was just juice. I had two bites of the chicken wing. It was okay. The service was okay. There were ten of us in the group. Most members of the group were thought the food and drinks were good. A few of us didn’t think so.
This was by far the best birthday celebration. Food was hot, tasty and right out delicious. The staff treated us with so much courtesy and was always there when we needed to order food or drinks. Shout out to Kristina for being such a wonderful Host. She was charming and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Dave and Busters for reminding the world that quality service is still alive. We'll definitely be back again.
What a fun place! Bright fun loud, perfect place to party! We also ate the food was good and our server was great!! Kyle! He was so attentive and very friendly. Best of all the gratuity was suggested not included! I gave him all 18% because he was worth it!
From my experience, all I can say is that service is definitely really slow. Sat to eat around 10:45pm, was ready to order but the server kept going past my group, so we waited for another ~10 minutes. After ordering our food, we waited for our food for an hour, if not more.When it came to eating the food itself, the quality of the food was very poor. Burger was dry to no seasoning to small/dry piece of steak & more problems that occur. One of our order was also forgotten and we had to remind the server to check for the last order. In the end, the order of that last food was forgotten and not made, which then we had to wait a while longer. The other thing that wasn't provided was utensils when we got the food & condiments.How I see it, when you can't make food right, that means the cookers were lazy and inexperienced. In my own opinion, me and my group of people can do better in making the food we ordered & would be faster than the food we ordered. In general, the server was definitely friendly but when it comes to the speed of service and quality of food, that was the huge part of stars that was knocked off.
Nothing but great things to say about this place!!! Front desk was amazing! Ellery was very helpful in explaining how everything works, she was very friendly and made sure we knew what we were doing and where we were going. I was happy to find out that you can tip front desk staff because she definitely deserved it! She definitely knows what she's doing and does a great job doing it! Our server was India and she was very sweet! She was very attentive to our table and made us feel welcome and important and that matters a lot to me and my family. The arcade was fun too! Almost all the games were working and the place was pretty clean. Only complaint is the bathrooms could use a deep clean and maintenance
New York steak was the best! wait staff was more than attentive and completely friendly! they were all super pretty so I thought they were going to act stuck up but they didn't! LOL I'm coming back just as soon as I can! first time here
Omg Lights, colorful lights from all the games. Any game you want to play. Great place to have an end of year sports banquet..They provided food. Adults went to the bar and had appetizers..After 10 pm adults only. Perfect place for gathering for us adult gamers.Shrimp scampi dip. Can't wait to go back for that and the drink selection was a variety.Staff in the bar section. Our Waiter RuRick was awesome. He was busy . Good experience..
