For flamed broiled its a cold an dry burger, is to be top of the line. Burger king losing it. Hence store closings across the country.
Got halfway through my first sauce, which tasted kinda funky until a found a coagulated chunk of something (gag). I tossed it and opened the other sauce that they gave me and found this. Was sick for 4 days, projectile leaking from both ends. Contacted Burger King, and haven’t heard a word. Avoid this location like the plague.
Fool me once... I have been met w/ disappointment EVERY time I have been to this location. Extremely long wait times (when they decide to open) and absolutely terrible food. I have never left this place with a positive experience. This place is never open in the morning during the time the say they are open. This will be the last time I visit this location. I work around the corner and would rather buy gas station place then to support this location. P.S. - If you own this location, re-think your business model.
Surprise surprise! They forgot food again. Food we did get was stone cold. This was our second attempt to eat here after we came a few days earlier only to find work trucks parked backwards in the drive through and the lobby still closed. Told us they were open for drive through, well how the hell can someone use it with work trucks in it? Guess I will avoid both burger king's in town now as this one has grown to be just as bad as the other one. I worked at burger king as a kid, it's a very easy job. Pretty sad nine if these people can figure out how to do it.
One car in the drive. Still I waited over 15 min before backing out of the drive thru …went to mcdonalds .. more customers, less wait time .. step it up
Don’t open the store if it’s going to take 30 minutes to get me my food. I’m writing this as I’m in line so I hope nothing worse happens. The worker is still learning I’m told.

Because of lack of employees the boss is working the poor Mexican lady whose tired ISNT EVEN PAYING HER ALL HER HOURS BUT SHE STILLS SHOWS UP AND WORKS. They don't pay her after 9 hours/DAY!!!!! She's there ALL DAYYYYYY!!!!!!!! YALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Took my son for lunch here on early release day. The staff was very hard working, professional and efficient. Shay was pretty much amazing! She was pretty much a one women show, going from front counter to drive thru without missing a beat! The entire time she was very nice, fast, and very accommodating! She didn't let the stress of being short staffed effect her attention to customer service! Shay, you are the definition of customer service with a smile! Thank you for providing a "WOW" experience to keep us coming back! Excellent job!!!
