One bum sleeping/nodding out from the heroin was by the front door. I told employees while I was ordering and the manager immediately told him to go. Good job manager guy, chris I think I heard.
Woman cut us off when we were about to finish our order, would not let us add anything at the window. And would not listen to us neither would the manager. Soda was gross and whopper was barely warm. The woman looked like a big white woman she was really rude. Hope you guys find a better team member than her.
Nasty cold food at 11:30. They add the cheese to the tomato instead of the actual burger patty so it's nasty and cold. They didn't give me my ranch for my fries and they had a nasty attitude and a nasty store manager. Don't eat here, it's gross. I took a bite of fries and threw my burger away and I'm a fat girl so what does that tell you?
They are always randomly closing. Pre-ordering doesn't mean anything. Have had orders canceled due to randomly running out of meat when your order has been in for nearly an hour. Workers are generally grumpy. I get they're short handed but seriously, something is just not working at this location.
I made the order at the drive thru and the order was taken wrong, the attention when I corrected it was horrible and the manager mistreated all the staff yelling at her and they insulted me when I asked that they correct my order and they did not have the soda machine right and I they wanted to force me to drink something that I don't like and the food was burnt and dry... I won't go back to that place to eat besides everything dirty
Drive thru is blocked off, doors are locked google says open. It's not. Just close already. Dumbest thing in the world to have a business and not have the doors open. Can't find people? Pay them enough to be there.
10:50am. Lobby closed due to covid, go in drive thru.Girl asks "can I take your order" tell them I need a minute. Decide what I want. Try to contact them through the intercom. No response. 1 minute, 2 minute, 5 minutes. No reply. Cars behind me. Pull up to the window and the place is ****ing DESERTED. Sign says open hours. Staff just decided to not be there.Like what the hell Burger King?!Won't be coming back.
I am a doordash driver and EVERY TIME I receive an order from this location they are closed. The employees refuse to come to the door and speak to me and when I tried to call and explain to them they need to indicate they are closed in the doordash app they hung up on me. They need to update their hours or post signs indicating they are closed. Extremely rude employees.
I ordered a large order and since it was late I couldn't change what I needed out for a different sandwich. The drive thru is awesome, management is messed up
I went to this location yesterday, when pulling up to the drive through i was greeted by a rude "what do you want!?!" when paying for my food the person in the window did not talk to me just held out there hand for money. I finally got home and pulled out the burgers they had been thrown together my daughters top bun being on the side of the burger, they forgot one of my sandwiches and the receipt.
