Vibes were great and the customer service was alright but the food sucked for me personally. I ordered chicken wings with Buffalo sauce and I got 7 tiny wings, not thighs, but wings with a tiny sauce cup on the side. They straight up poured Red Hot wing sauce in and called it a day. No effort into flavoring. Probably would come back for the environment but not the food at all.
Great night. They are short staffed if anyone is looking. The team there still worked super hard and stayed happy regardless. Watching karaoke was fun. Dancing was nice. Maybe every few songs instead of karaoke there could be a dancing song... that'll really keep ensure all the crowds involved. Love my steak. You cook it on your plate yourself, very interesting and I really needed some worstechire sauce.Those decorated toilets cracked me up. I couldn't help but notice yall could use some products. You should let fikes help ya out the bathrooms with their products are on on point.Overall fun experience!
Id hate to say this but I have been into this business 3x's. The 1st & 3rd time I had the same bartender, different from 2nd visit. The 2nd visit was amazing. The female bartender was very friendly, took my order quickly. I asked when i arrived how long it would take to get a order to go bcuz I work locally and only have a half hr lunch. My first visit I walked out after waiting 5 minutes bcuz the bartender ignored me while she was visiting with another customer while I stood at the bar waiting to order. The 2nd time I decided to try you all one more time. Different lady as i said above she was awesome. I tipped her well for her customer service. Yesterday I thought I'd come again food was so good on 2nd visit (french dip). I recognized the lady bartender as the one from my 1st visit. But thought maybe she was just having a bad day on my 1st visit. Nope she saw me but not even a nod that she saw me. Then while she was making a drink i said hi approximately how long to get a to go burger? She snapped i dont know 15-20 minutes. I replied ok great can I order a cheese burger to go when you get a chance? I only have a half our for lunch. She said you want fries cuz it comes with it. I said yes plez. Then next thing i know she picks up a plate of food walks past me down to the bar to the left of me. She sets the food down and starts eating it and talking to the customer. Didnt write down my order or take it to the cook.. I just walked out. I was there over 15 minutes. Sorry to say i wouldnt refer anyone to eat there even though the food was great. Youve got to be losing business if she treats all your customers that poorly. I will come back but wont stay if she is working.
The food was good and service was good. It gets busy on the weekends, so food ordering gets a bit slow but that's expected. Fun place over all.
Smells like fish, drink lines are long. They have a cash only line and a card only lane plus a $10 cover fee for a nasty place and full ghettos feens that want to start fights out of nowhere. 1 out of 5 not recommended.
If your looking for a great dive bar with the best dive bar food you ever ate then you have to visit this place. Went in there to check it out a couple years back just before Covid19. Food and staff have been great. I have now had almost everything on there menu and have not disliked anything. Definitely have to try the steak bits on the stone grill at your table. They are amazing.
They sure weren't interested in my money. Would have had another but wasn't sure if I would ever be asked.. Some of the worst service anywhere. Bohdi was good, of course it was made where they appreciate your hard earned money!
The food is great and serves is fast. Clean and comfortable. Something for everyone. Won't be disappointed
They have the best steaks around. The steaks are top choice. It comes out on a rock that's heated to 4-5 hundred degrees and you cook it yourself to your liking. Plus it stays warm until you're done. Anyone who loves beef should definately try a steak and a loaded baked potato at Bourbon Jack's.
I'm not a huge country fan, but what a fun place! They had karaoke and their food looked amazing. We wished we hadn't already eaten....the beef tip ends smelled heavenly. Our party said they were great.
