New management(HARU Japanese Cuisine) nice cozy remodeling~best teriyaki and sushi~^.^ good service.~
- No mention on Google Maps about this changing from Asiana to Haru Haru. It was easy to figure out by viewing street view, but that should not be necessary.- Mentioned multiple times I wanted no salad over the phone. Heard what sounded like a yes. Still got a salad.- No extra sauce packet comes with it, despite 99.9% of teriyaki places including at least one.- Portion sizes feel mediocre for costing 15.40Not planning to come back.
Meh.Poke bowls lacked flavor and for a large laked a decent portion of fish. I'd go as far to say it was more like a rice bowl. Also something we ordered, either the poke or katsu left a terrible after taste like, freezerburn. For the price, do yourself a favor and skip this one.
First off the cleanliness rating on the window is at a basic okay. But besides ignoring their terrible rating. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible sauce, salad was not even kept cold. The lady threw everything together and after paying over $30 for food that didn’t include any forks or napkins she wanted me to pay an extra $2.00 for a teriyaki sauce. My sauce was then soaked at the bottom of the bag by the time I did get home and everything was just gross and horrible compared to other shops. It was all done in less than 5mins and no care or thought put into it. Me nor my family ate much sadly. I will personally never return. Way better places that won’t nickel and dime you and at least give u a fortune cookie.
Made excellent sweet and sour tofu with fried rice and accommodated a severe pepper allergy with minimal fuss. Fantastic service! Will definitely come again :)
First of all, their service is really great. The lady in the front is really friendly, and the food is great as well. I will definitely come back.
OK, so first off the customer service was horrible. On the phone and in person. How ever I looked past it due to the 4.4 rating online. Oh how I wished I wouldn't have. The meat both chicken and beef were old, hard and grey. Yes I said grey! You could tell and taste that it had been refrigerated and re -heated. Then on the chicken breast with brown rice some of the chicken was newer and some was old and grey with the fowlest taste. For almost $60 for 3 meals I was very disappointed to say the least and in this day and age none of us can afford to buy dinner for $60 and it not get eaten. Honestly I am confused with the 4.4 rating. Usually the rating gits the restaurant but not in this case.
I'm a little disappointed with the order I received tonight. I've been ordering from here for months - same thing every time - and I've noticed a significant decline in quality. My poke bowl tonight tasted off, the salmon was very obviously not fresh. The gyoza were gummy and kind of sad. They used to be really good, I hope they get back up to that quality soon.
Fast and friendly service. Excellent food. Poke spicy tuna was delicious. All my kids liked their food as well.
Very very fast take out service!I was overall pleased with both the General Tsao chicken and chicken/beef combo. I'm on a hunt for the best teryaki in Auburn and this is high on the list so far. Convenient location and responsible prices + portions
