I usually Order a couple ranch chicken cheddar sandwiches all the time for lunch but at this location the chicken strips were extremely hard and small almost no meat at all and like they were deep fried twice to the point it almost chipped my tooth. Also the lettuce was not shredded like it is usually they just threw heels of the lettuce on there and it was very unappetizing.

The line up of cars was long but the Crispy Fish sandwich was well worth it. I've had fish sandwiches from several places and Arby's is one of the best. Big size fish and crispy for sure - not soggy.

Sign posted at drive thru......Closed at 7pm. On a Monday evening. I was there at 7:18pm. Unhappy.....4 kids and an unhappy wife in the car. How would you like it?

They don't open on time claiming staff shortages is also causing them to close five hours early. Extremely slow there's always a min if 8 cars in DT at any given time but you'll not catch them rushing that's for sure. As for the food well..... The fries were literally room temp I mean so cold they'd gotten that later of cold greasyness fries seem to always get after sitting out for 10-20 min. The medium roast beef had less roast beef on it than the small roast beef on it than a small sandwich. At least the Dr pepper was ok. At 10 bucks for a stinking fast food customers deserve to at least get proper portions and a hot meal anything less is lazy unprofessional and pathetic and new management should be hired immediately that may have something to do with why no employees stay on staff as well wellÎ

I would drive here if I want Arby's, even though I live in Kent and there is an Arby's in Kent. Staff here are friendly and watch quality of food. Excellent experience every time. Thank you.

This location is always very very slow in their drive thru.Last visit I was told they had just closed at 4:52pm on a Tuesday. This was after sitting for 25 minutes just to get up to the window.Love Arby's, but really not this location.

Extremely slow. Expect to sit in the drive-through for close to 20-30 minutes at any time of the day. Oftentimes, customers are unable to even enter the line due to it going out into the street. The menu has expanded, which isn't a good thing. The newer items are mediocre at best, and the added complexity seems to have slowed things down. Additionally, the store has renumbered all of their longtime combos, leading to mixed up orders and upset customers. The prices are also pretty high. Expect to pay close to $10+ per combo.Overall, this is a pricey, slow stop which really isn't comparable with the other nearby fast food stores.

I decided to try Arby's for something different and left frustrated and disappointed ?. I ordered (1) 2 for 6, a small fry and a drink. Given a total, I drove around to wait my turn to pay. After a bit, I got to the window and handed off my cash. The employee gave me the stink eye. Now suddenly my "bargin" order was 20 dollars! I asked why it had gone up and he told me that was my new total. So I went to Wendy's. The employee's poor attitude reminded me why I stick to the se few restaurants when I do eat out. ?

We were not in a rush so we waited in drive thru to get our food, while many cars drove off (tired of waiting) The drive thru took 45 min .We figured they were short staffed so we just waited. When we got to the window to pay , we had to place our order again because they gave our order out to someone else. I also noticed an employee eating behind the counter , while working ?.. We pulled forward to wait for our order , finally got our order, we checked the order they were missing 2 items so we waited again, with no apologies they just handed us our food and left , no sauces, no service, no apology, NO COMING BACK! . This is the second time we have had issues with this Arby's . Drive on by this location... Corporate needs to step into this location and retrain this franchised location.
