Went in to get two cold drinks and two sandwiches for myself and my son. Order the sandwiches order the drinks paid for them went and sat down for a couple minutes waiting for the order to get done. This is when the barista walks over and literally takes my sandwich and tells me he can't sell to me because he sold it to somebody else. I had already paid and I'm just waiting for it to go through the oven. He said yes sorry he sold it to somebody in line so I can't have it. I told him that was super lame I took it out of the self serve refrigerator myself and already paid for it. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. They gave me a refund to my card grudgingly. Then when the partial lunch was done and I was about to walk out he walked over and try to give me a $4 gift card for the $8 sandwich just to add insult to injury. Bugs that I had to go to a whole different store just to buy one sandwich. Turns out that knucklehead was the supervisor. When was the last time any of you had someone from Starbucks come over and take your food away? I go there all the time and usually it's at least mediocre but today that guy had his head way up. How can he possibly be the supervisor if he can't even do his own job? Like I said I go there all the time and I like it but that guy was the worst Starbucks employee I've ever come across. I think Dr Starbucks would be ashamed of him.
The coffee was good but I am not a frequent Starbucks visitor, however they did mess up my friends order (very minimally)
Ordered a venti double shot around 7pm and received old coffee and a bunch of milk in a venti cup.
Anacortes store staff was on the ball. We were in and out in 10min with a long line for drive thru! We tried the new Pistachio Latte, but it missed the mark on taste. The flavors of nut and brown butter were drowned out by the sweetness. The coffee was still good, but this is off our reorder list.
It's what you expect with the perky counter help. I'm surprised people were permitted to consume stuff inside with Omicron wreaking havock. Had an unimpressive pistachio latte. Just not that interesting.
Only Starbucks shop in town other than the one in another store. Big spacious seating arrangement, friendly staff, and safe parking.
I got a toasted cookie and a pistachio latte and I am now happy.
