One of my favorite places to eat in Anacortes. Their coconut prawns are delicious and I love their dipping sauce. I never thought I’d order a Crab Mac and Cheese because I thought it would be too heavy but it wasn’t! It was delicious and just right. They use ricotta as one of their cheeses in it so that is probably what keeps it from being too rich. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and so far, they’ve always had a sour ale on tap. That is a big plus for those that enjoy sour ales.
Great wait staff. Enjoyed the live music while enjoying the best food of our week long trip to Anacortes. We went back a second time. Flatbread pizza was awesome. Felt welcome and received quick service.
I had the fish tacos and they were delicious! For dessert I had the brownie cheesecake. It was a huge portion and very delicious also. I believe Heather was my waitstaff. She was gracious, attentive and answered all my questions. Despite the restaurant being busy, I did not feel neglected. I would give the restaurant 10 stars if I could. I will be returning.Watch out for the yummy beer. I only had 1, but left feeling good.
Went for lunch and noticed right off the bat that their prices have gone WAY up. Not only that, but our waitress was somewhat rude in that she seemed very cold and never asked if we had any questions, only asked once how we were doing and gave us the check without saying thanks for stopping by. $50 for two people drinking only water? Nope.Won't go back anytime soon.
I have been to this place a few times and it's always been really good food. This time was not so great. I got the burger and it was so greasy, the entire plate was wet and red. You would think the fries would be soft because of this, but they were burnt and inedible. They were too busy for me to try to get more fries and by the time the waitress came back I just wanted the check. My husband got a peach drink that he said taste 100% like ginger and couldn't even drink it. I got the peach ginger cider which was the worst cider I've ever had in my life and again taste like 100% ginger. The drinks were not cheap either so we wasted a bunch of money. The kids meals weren't the best deal and just a simple chocolate milk is $4 for your child. Needless to say, we spent over $100 and did not enjoy it anything about it. Will not be going back next time I go to Anacortes!
Wanted to start supporting local restaurants, so tried this place out with some friends. It's very small and half of it is taken up by the bar, but it was very nice and cozy inside. We went when they were playing music, which was nice but being a small venue it does get hard to hear when they were playing. The waitress was very nice and attentive, made sure our drinks were full and answered our questions very politely. The food came quick, and was good! I had the personal pepperoni pizza. It's a very generous size, and was very cheesy and savory. My only complaint is that it was on the greasy side, but not enough to ruin the meal. This is a charming local spot that's right in the heart of downtown. Would recommend for a small, local, and casual dinner with friends!
First time visitors. Excellent pizza! Will be back!
I performed at the Rockfish. The crowd was totally welcoming and receptive, the staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere/room was cozy and intimate, and the food and beer was awesome! I definitely recommend the Rockfish. I hope to be back!!
It was fantastic. Best shroom burgerI've had in some time. The waitressWas very sweet and attentive. 5 stars !
Everyone knows seafood is not cheap, but this place has decent prices and very nice size portions. The food is really good. We had fish and chips that had good flavoring and a great crunch, waffle fries and coleslaw for sides. I also had a cup of clam chowder, it was not like most around in that it is thinner, the broth almost made me think of oyster stew, but I LOVED the flavor, with lots of clams and bacon. yum. Service was great and really enjoyed the atmosphere.
