not good - the other mexican restaurants in Anacortes are all much better. It's that 'American-mexican' stuff, out of a can-tasting and old-tasting. Nice waitress, but most fast-food mexican is better than this.

Our family of 4 ate here four nights in a row. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was not overly crowded or noisy (a pet peeve.) The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. We had wet burritos, tostadas, chile rellenos and quesadillas (we like our basics and stick to 'em.) The menu was fairly typical for a Mexican restaurant in this part of the world. Most importantly, they were aware of the needs of people with celiac disease and were easily able to accommodate us. The margaritas were big 'n' tasty. Recommended!
This food was absolutely amazing. Every time I go it is a great experience. We always order cheese dip with our chips and it hits the spot. The staff are wonderful and treat you like you are apart of the family. Pretty fast. I highly recommend this place for some delicious Mexican food. ?

I have been on a quest to find a good Mexican restaurant in Anacortes. I saw this one and decided to give it a try. I should have kept on driving. I ordered a carnitas burrito. My friend ordered a taco and enchilada. The food was edible but ho hum. My order was supposed to come with rice and beans on the side. It didn’t, just the burrito on the plate. When I asked the server about it, she said the rice and beans were inside the burrito. Um....ok. But they were STILL supposed to be on the side. Whatever. I didn’t want to wait longer and add them so I just ate the burrito. *Would I go back...NO. My quest continues.
There was one waitress there taking our orders, but the restaurant was not full, so it wasn't as slow. We got our food in a span of 10 minutes, and it tasted good. I got enchiladas that satisfied my appetite and had a rich flavor.
Service was good but the food was not very good. Disappointed for a $35 lunch
The food and drinks were great! The service was fast and friendly. This was our first visit but won't be our last, we will definitely return to Real Tequila Restaurant.
