Made a pickup order and got it and it had multiple strands of brown hair on it and the dough wasn't even cooked fully. Definitely not going back again
I ordered a mini garden salad with ranch and a mini Dominic. I at least repeated the size “mini” three times and said ranch twice. Gave me a different dressing and a “mod” size pizza. I realized my order was wrong for the second time when the pizza was being made in front of me, but I had just gotten off work and was too tired to even deal with correcting it.
We ordered 3 pizzas and a salad. Everything was truly wonderful. So glad to have MOD in the community and also appreciate their great hiring philosophy.
I love MOD Pizza. I suggest going into the restaurant to order and customize your pizza in person. You get to choose all the sauces, toppings, etc, all for the same price. MOD is a lot like Chipotle or Subway. It's just easier to go into the restaurant.
I've been in a few times and have enjoyed my service but today was an exception from one particular lady. Wasn't able to get her name because she wasn't wearing one but she had purple hair. While trying to order 4 custom pizzas and remember everything on them. She was extremely rude and pushy while I was trying to remember everything
I had a great conversation with Angelica an employee at the Mod Anacortes. I received a welcome, the pizza made the way I asked and then she continued to converse with me about the store pictures on the wall answering my questions politely.Thank you for this nice experience today, I needed it.
I said build your own mod salad. I asked twice for them to go heavy on the dressing and I never got it. They made one pass over it. The staff kept arguing with each other. I counted 4 health violations with one of the patrons that was supposedly a friend.Very dissatisfied.
Could not stop eating this pizza till it was gone. Watchin them make the pizza and the huge brick oven made all the difference
Always enjoy getting our own custom pizzas at a great price. Restaurant was clean. One of the things every MOD has in common is a hearty "welcome to MOD" type greeting when you walk in and a thanks for visiting when leaving. Sadly that was missing from this visit. It's no big deal but it was noticably missing and I found myself commenting to the car group about it.But I will be back!
Horrible rude staff that did care if your there rush to pick toppings. Lady used her gloves hand to spread the sauce. Discussed look when said no meat. Pizza looked over cook near burnt. Had a slice notice there was meat in the pizza. Figure two strikes gave pizza to homeless man. Been here before they were not polite then but figure try it again we wanted to celebrate my kid new job. Won’t return
