The only reason I'm giving this McDonalds a 1 star is because there was no soap in the bathroom. If I cant wash my hands before eating then I'm sure their employees aren't washing before going back to work. I spoke to one of the managers and he said someone must have stolen the soap. But either way someone should be checking the restrooms regularly. Apparently Bard and Ed johnson have given up about caring about their businesses as their store in Oak Harbor has been lacking in numerous areas as well. Dont waste your time on this restaurant when then are many good local ones.
Great Staff! They're under staff tho so it's a little bit hard to get things out when over full, but it is not their fault! They're also hiring to get they're staff better! Also everytime I order a crispy chicken it's always juicy and delicious
Anecortes, WASlow service, every time I go there they always leave out items on my order. This morning the backup was 6 cars. The guy behind me was honking his horn.Very frustrating. There must be new people on staff in the morning.Be prepared
Terrible service! I sat at the drive through with no acknowledgement while 5 other cars went through the other side. Never got the chance to order and when I got to the window and explained what was happening, the woman was about as rude as they could get! Never going to this location again
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. I ordered from the mobile app so I could try the new sauce and because I used the drive through to be more convenient for them at the time, the lady working told me that I could not receive my food and that the sauce I requested was unavailable everywhere. She told me to leave without my food or my 9 dollars.
The customer service itself was okay, they were nice but we spent about 25 minutes waiting in the drive thru line to order wanted to leave but we were trapped in the line. Finally ordered and after that it took about another 5-7 minutes total to pay and receive food, however after all that wait the fries and sandwiches were bearly warm, asked for ketchup and they only gave us 3 packs for medium and large fries. We went there for something quick... We were let down.
Incredibly rude service. Went through drive-thru, young girl working read off our order and gave us the bag. As pulling away, noticed part of our order was missing. Backed up to the window (there was NO ONE behind us) and told the girl the items were missing. Despite JUST having given our food, she acted like we were trying to scam them out of two breakfast burritos. We were scolded for not taking our receipt to prove we ordered them. The order she had just read off not a minute before and is accessible on her computer. Never a sorry, instead rudely said don't back up to the window (which is fine, we won't do again) before the manager came over and abrasively handed the bag over to us without a word. Thanks for the "great" service. Check your bags before handing them over if you're going to treat customers poorly for your mistake.
I personally do not care for McDonald's. But they were the only place open. The food was not hot and fries bit cold. But staff was nice, and really working hard to get the orders out, but they did get my order correct, and were not stingy with the pickles. I would return to this McDonald's.
I had the breakfast sandwich on the way to the ferry and had a delightful meal. Hot, flavorful, and complimented by wonderful service. A magically dining experience and I hope to be back soon.
This MacDonald's should do a Tic Tock video on McSPEEDY service. Every time we are racing to catch the ferry we decide we can stop at McDonald's. This would not work out in our favor if a typical McDonald's crew worked there. Lucky for us, they know what they are doing and do it like every customer's racing to the ferry. Highly recommended.
