Even though prices are up I was very impressed with the quality the workers did today thank you.
Don’t order online. I ordered for Friday afternoon pickup and they were closed. Didn’t get the money back.
The employees are always kind and make sure your needs are met but service can be slow, corporate needs to hire more people. Good food though!
If you have a few hours to spend sitting in the drive-thru line, you’ll be fine
Ate here about 3 weeks when my brother and I were touring around the town! I got the chicken burger with fries and drink and all I can say is YAHOO! The best burger I've had and it was my first time going to a Jack In A Box!The prices are Reasonable also!Come here to make your taste buds happy!
I don't think there's fast food anymore. It's like a restaurant order and wait 20minutes. I sat in the drive thru on a Tuesday night for over 30minutes!!!!!!...I literally could've gone to a restaurant been seated and ordered ang got better food by the time it took at Jack in the box. Then when I got my food it was fuqing cold
I’ve live in Anacortes for over 20 years and when Jack in the Box first came to town it was great and the service and food were great for years. For the last 4 to 5 years this place is absolutely horrible. The service is the worst I’ve seen from ANY fast food establishment I’ve been to. They’re lazy and always have the same excuse about an hour or 2 before they close and that is, if you try to order a milkshake they always say,“ we’re sorry our shake machine is broken right now” and they lie everytime. I found out they clean it whenever it gets really slow and they just tell people it’s broke because they’re lazy and don’t want to make you a shake and have to clean it again when they close down. So sad and it shows the work ethic of this generation that’s coming up. No customer service, no manners, and I am truly disgusted in Anacortes Jack in the Box. There owners or someone from the main corporation should come there and flip this place on there head and show them how to work or fire the ones that don’t want to work or run this place like it should be. There’s plenty of people out there that could turn this place around if they hired a manager who took it serious to change the outlook on this place and could change the mind of dang near everyone in Anacortes who comes to Jack in the Box because I hear nothing but bad things and it continues to get worse. Do something about it Jack in the Box!!!!
for the 2nd time, the Anacortes Jack in the Box messed up our drive through order. ordered an $8.99 bacon dbl melt combo and a $6.99 Sourdough Patty Melt combo, and was given 2 of the $6.99 combos. Did not discover until home.
Fast food, big portions. Good for a quick filling meal.
Speed couldn’t be slower, tried to contact Jack N the Box after there comment, and got nothing.
