They only do wine by the glass/bottle, no flights, and I did two glasses. Both superb. Enjoyed chatting with the owner and several others that did a drink on a late afternoon. Was really impressed by how dry and tasty the wines were. Recently updated back area really looked relaxing. If in the area and you like wine, you must visit.
Excellent wines, super vibe, extremely friendly service/owner, and tasty bites. Dress up or go casual--either way, you'll be welcomed and have a terrific time. Decor is very chic!
We had our work Christmas party at Blackbird Wine Bar and it was amazing! The ambience was great, the charcuterie boards were delicious, and overall the vibe is amazing. Can't recommend enough!
This wine bar is an Anacortes gem. The ambience is great and the wine list is pretty expansive. I came to work on my computer but definitely would recommend this sweet location for a date night.
Superb wine, impeccable decor, and fantastic service! Bryan is perfect host and owner! One of the first wine bars that knows what an exceptional wine is! A must visit!
I stopped in to the Blackbird on a lark (had to say it) 10/14 whilst showing family around the San Juans. Glad I did. The gentleman who owned the place was genial and knowledgeable, excellent recommendations of both what to order, and where to visit after we finished. Thank you so much, I'll make a point of stopping in whenever I'm in the islands.
Such a wonderful little gem to stop into after shopping in Anacortes. The owner is very knowledgeable of his wines, very friendly and makes great cheese plates. Anacortes needs more spots like this. Definitely recommend!

The wine is consistently really good. The space is warm and inviting. The hospitality from the owner/operator is exceptional. “Going out” has become confusing and intimidating at times, but Blackbird somehow figured out how to make it easy to relax. I’m thankful for that. Do you remember those times that we used to relax? Let’s do more of that!! Cheers.
Cheese plate was fantastic. We asked suggestions for a white wine pairing and the wine was perfect!!! We sat outside (our choice)but the inside looked cozy
