Two untouched ‘large’ Frosties. Sad.
I usually do not eat fast food, but I did today do to being crunched with time. I stopped by Wendy's around 1245pm. The young lady who took my order through the drive through was so professional and kind. When I pulled up to the window she had a smile on her face. I was pleased with her customer service skills.Food was fresh and hot. Very pleased with this Wendy's.
I am sincerely disappointed.I had ordered a number 9 double patty with no cheese, large meal. I received a large fry container not even half way filled, with only stale soggy fries too. The sandwich had cheese. I understand it's very hard to read "no cheese," and apply that concept to the sandwich, truly a difficult process.You can do better.
I ordered 24, 4 for $4 for the Grafton Middle School baseball team! Amazing staff!! I called in the AM letting them know I was going to place a large order. When I showed up everything was perfect!! Thank you so much from all the baseball players!

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. I ordered from my phone while in the parking lot because I had a mobile reward and by the time I walked into the store they called my name. I was completely shook. Everything I’ve ever ordered here came out quickly and hot. Highly recommend
The chicken sandwich was nice and brown and tender and fresh. The fries was nice and hot, not too salty and crispy and the sweet tea was good also.
I think Wendy's hires mutes to work their drive-thru window.
Sloppiest double stack I've ever had. Whoever made this didn't care at all. The fries can be very salty most times.
They're alright. But I won't be back for a while. They are discontinuing their best Salad.
