***Super Clean & New***Went to this Taco Bell on 5-11-12.It is exceptionally clean and still very new.They do have kiosks.........which I LOVE the Taco Bell kiosks.......they're incredibly easy to use.If I'm being picky our food took a tiny bit longer than expected, but not long enough to warrant a demotion in the 5 stars.Food was great.Overall 5 stars.
This Taco Bell has always been exceptionally quick and rarely makes mistakes. They have always been very friendly and understanding when I ask questions about an item. Overall they seem to be a very well run location. The food is exactly the quality that you would expect from Taco Bell and delicious.
It was fine, I mean, it's Taco Bell. What I didn't like was they told me I had to order from the kiosk which is literally right in front of the order counter. Then the people that came in right after us, they took their order in person. What's that about? I guess they didn't have time for us but had time for the other guests. Not cool.

Ordered chips and cheese as usual and got no chips.....as usual. ??
Didn't get a receipt. Paid for extra beef, did not appear to have it. The inside is not open so I went back to drive through & said it didn't have extra beef. The girl went silent & 30 seconds later a young man came on & said ma'am I put extra beef, it was 2 scoops. I said it didn't appear to have it & he said pull around to the window. I think the employees need to learn some customer etiquette & not make customers wait in the drive thru again when they mess up an order.
This is the nicest Taco Bell I have ever visited. The people were so very pleasant and cheerful. Will definitely recommend this location!
Nasty employees. Was immediately greeted with an attitude. Then handed a dripping slushee to the point that my hand was covered in red slushee juice and same with the side of my car. I asked for napkins while having to hold the drink out my window so I wouldn’t get covered in it. Multiple items missing from my order and no sauce. Went inside to try and get my order corrected. No one would acknowledge me, in fact they would help people behind me before even speaking to me. After that, I asked for a refund and left. Will not be going back.
