Just walked in this subway ... Waited in line to order and Watched the guy that works here coming back from taking out garbage, not washing his hands and put gloves on to take my order ... I Told the guy, you just came back from taking out the garbage and didn't wash your hands and put gloves on to take my order I'm good and walked out and all he did laughed like it was a big joke ...sure wish I worked for the health department cause right there I would have shut them down...

The manager had her mask down on her chin and had the customer in front of me pull his mask down because she couldn’t hear him all while making the sandwiches
I decided to get myself a subway sandwich after shopping at Walmart. First the young man was unpacking boxes he stopped to serve me. He didn’t wash his hands but put on gloves. Next the containers of food was uncovered and flies were inside the containers. The veggies were nasty and old, even while he prepared my veggie sandwich the counter was dirty as well. I did not want to be rude so I paid for my sub, however on my way out I threw it into the trash can. I will never go there again. I was there Friday 10/30/20 about 3 or 4 pm. The young man was a white guy who also had attitude because I was a black woman.
Went tonight around 8:30, because the employee at Kiln Creek wasn't wearing a mask. This Wal-Mart Subway had two working, and one wasn't wearing his, either! Had it tucked around his chin. The other employee, a young woman, was wearing hers properly.
On Monday March 9, 2020, my boyfriend and I stopped by this Subway as we often do to find that it was closed. We were surprised because it was only 12:30am. The Wal-Mart employees told us that it shouldn't be closed. The Wal-Mart employees tried to tell the Subway employee that je had customers and he told them that je was not opening just for us. He then told us that he was closed. When I asked what time they close he didn't answer me. We knew that they didn't close until 2am. This Subway employee was a shift manager. We were highly disappointed.

Lately every time I go there the restaurant is gross. The sandwich fixings are all over the place, flies around, and the food is exposed. Plus most of the staff is beyond rude!! I went a few months ago and the young lady behind the counter was dressed sloppily, hair all over the place and didn't even know how to ring in coupons. Plus she was very rude. I decided to give them another try today and what a mistake that was!! The young man was awful!! Again he didn't know how to ring up coupons and went to make my sub and was throwing food everywhere. He heated it up which I didn't want so he had to remake it. Then when I asked if they had anymore cookies because the ones they had were burned he snapped at me and said "you can't just eat those"? I said keep your food because I don't want it and walked out. I don't plan on ever going back there again!!
