Very Un-American! Hair In Food! So I pulled up to the front of the store and walked in to pick up food. Immediately, I was yelled at by store employees and the store manager, telling me I couldn’t park there. I told them that i had a disability and could not walk far. They told me they didn’t care. I couldn’t believe they were so rude to me, horrible customer service. Then to make things worse, I got home and there was a big piece of hair in my food. This place is disgusting.
The typical subway nothing to spectacular. Does get busy but dies down time to time and vice versa. Place is pretty small but still your usual subway.
The two young employees who waited on me and my boyfriend on Sunday afternoon were the most polite and friendly young men, and they made the most delicious ? sandwiches!
Dirty store. Horrible produce. Rude guy making sandwiches. Had to walk out. Went to Subway across from Patrick Henry Mall. What a difference!! Night and day.
This is an awesome subway!!! Best subway ever!!! The employees are amazing so extremely polite… they really care about you as a customer and making our food!! If something is wrong manager is always on top of fixing it!!! The by far cleanest subway!! Recently moved further away so I pass 3 subways to come to this one and will not go into any other!!
I went to this store today around 2:45p and I had the worst experience, ever! It was a child in the store behind the counter, apparently the daughter of the 2. She was playing with a roll of paper towels which was wet. In addition, my mobile order was not prepared correctly. The bacon was raw so when I called to informed them that I had no eatery. The male worker was so rude! So when I returned to the store so I can get a refund. A female worker was even ruder! She told me to quit speaking when I told her this is a free country, clearly because you don't have a mask on. She told me to get the ***** out the store, she cursed at me!! Clearly the store manger don't care because she said she was going to inform her what she did!! Also, for the past 3 months this store has been getting bad reviews because of these 2 employees. They are a girlfriend/boyfriend duo which is clearly running long time customers away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Maybe OSHA needs to visit because children behind the counter has be a violation. Eat here at your own RISK!!
Went to lunch on 1/14/22. There were two young children climbing on top of the tables and on the counter! One child locked herself in the restroom! When i complained, the employee said sorry but they belong to the manager. I wont eat there again.
One of the better Subways in the area. I used to come here alot back in the day, but I haven't been up here in a while. Came in today and got a 6 inch Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and it was good! ?
Very unpleasant manager. Webpage states that masks are required but staff refused to put them on when requested while preparing food. No regard for the aerosols that leave their mouth when speaking that fall on to your uncooked food. They do not understand that vaccines though helpful are not perfect. They actually said they had no masks in the store and were not required to wear them in any case. Left store without food though I have long enjoyed Subway but now I will spend my money elsewhere
