Bought a protein box and everything was rotten. Ordered a Flat White with almond milk and sugar free vanilla as well as a Caramel Crunch Frappucino and BOTH tasted like burnt, old, stale disgusting “espresso”. This crew needs training. It’s bad.
Coffee is good but they put in way too much ice, would have preferred a cup of coffee instead of a cup of ice.?

I was so disappointed that my experience cost me my birthday drink.
Ordered a white chocolate mocha. The woman in the window doesn't want to be there it seemed and there is something floating in my drink had to throw the whole thing away. A waste of money.
Traveling today and I stopped here to get a much needed Americano. Went through the drive through and what they gave me is not what I ordered. I parked the car and went inside. I watched the young lady make the Americanos for the 2nd time. And she handed them to me cold. She even wanted to argue that she knew how to make them. I watched her make them wrong. So I am attaching the description on the website. Just in case she never got trained right. And it’s always great to argue with the customers. Clearly they don't have good leadership at this location. They gave me my money back and I left with no coffee. Manager didn’t even try to fix the problem herself. Had to find another store who made it perfect.
The lady in the window was nice but I don’t know why the lady who she asked to stir my drink that clearly said stirred on the sticker seemed to have an attitude? The drink is not cheap enough for me to have to pull over and stir it in my dag on car making a mess. What’s the attitude about, girl? Why didn’t you follow instructions before I had to see your frustrations about doing so? Makes me wonder if all other instructions were actually followed. Starbucks really should require them to stir the drinks before they give them to us anyway.
What can I say this place is consistent with its drink I am guessing they train well or keep good staff. Would recommend it for a stop. I had a tasty hot Chai.
This is my favorite Starbucks in Hampton Roads and not because it is 10 minutes from my house, which is a pleasant bonus.They always seem to make the drinks perfectly, where other stores can be pretty hit or miss. Bonus: they always give my dog a pup cup, even when I forget to ask. I always feel stupid asking for a cup of whipped cream for my dog, but he loves it and gets super excited every time we hit that drive through. Thanks for being nice to our pitty!This drivethru is also a major hit for paying it forward. More often than not I am paying for someone behind me because someone paid for my drink! Truly a happy little spot in the county.Friendly, quick service. These baristas deserve recognition.
