This morning a barista [no doubt checking for the aroma of proper aromatic blends] took a huge close sniff of an opened beverage. I usually have no other issues with this location, but that is unsat. I think we all know that, among human body parts, the nose is the lowest security prison with an unmatched record of escape detainees.Fix this!

I ordered a hot Chai Latte with a sandwich. They accidentally made me an iced Chai Latte instead, but I'm not even mad.1) mistakes happen!!2) the iced Latte was actually a lot better than the regular hot Latte that I usually get ? it was pretty cinnamony, and I loved it tbh

Ordered a mobile order, that must of not gone thru so when I got to the microphone Amy says yeah that just came thru thirty seconds ago next time you need to give us the 5-7 minutes to prepare your order I said okay no problem sorry, it literally took 6 minutes for me to even get to the window from the speaker upon approach Amy comes to the window with an unwarranted bad attitude once again saying they make mobile orders the order they come in and I’m just going to have to wait extremely rude tone as the staff behind her in the window gawk like I was being lectured by my parent for breaking a window or something. Don’t know if this lady was having a bad day but she should look for another day job and not treat the customers like they are making her job harder when her job is in fact to serve the public and MAKE COFFEE. You would make a customer who is already there wait even longer for your own spite.. I told her she could just cancel the order she gave me a dirty look, didn’t say a word or acknowledge my request and walked off. I would of been perfectly content with waiting had she not addressed me with such a rude and nasty demeanor.

Edit: as of 11/21/2021, this Starbucks manages to surpass customer expectations. They are phenomenal and will ensure every customer has a great experience. Excellent staff and experience overall!Starbucks is pretty much the same wherever you go. That said, what makes this location exceptional is the customer service. They are quick to smile and everyone is very personable. The staff here is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I just moved to the Yorktown area and I will be a regular at this location. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with any food/drink/coffee establishment.

I like the energy the cashier at the window presented this morning. With the coffee and her excitement made the morning enjoyable

Submitted my resume to work there with full availability. Manager stated he will check for my resume . It’s been 2 weeks!!!! And I did worked barista. Full availability include weekends and holidays and still - nothing . Why you post listing then ? Or this discrimination which is illegal in USA you don’t need to lie , just say you don’t hire

Okay, So I don't write these often, so pay attention. The staff at this Starbucks makes this the best Starbucks i've ever visited! I strongly recommend going in to order. Not because there is something wrong with getting your drive through order but because you would then miss the joy of watching this beautifully choreographed group of artists perform.Professionals behaving professionally! It's so rare these days you have to take a moment to appreciate it. I appreciate you!

I went through the drive through at 6am. I just ordered a hot tea and a sandwich and pulled forward. I realized I had forgotten to order an ice water to cool down my 200° tea. When I asked for one, the lady at the window rolled her eyes and said " Next time order it at the window." And roughly handed me the water. Not the customer service I'd expect. Especially when it appeared that they had no other orders at the moment. Disappointed.
