Cold food, terrible service, was told to pull up and waited 20 minutes before my husband went to the door to ask about our food. They told him they were waiting on fries… for 20 minutes though? When she brought our food she said our fries kept getting taken for other orders behind ours.
First sonic we been too in the area in months, I give 4 stars because we didn't order food it was just the drinks. We love our sonic drinks and when we ordered we asked for extra cherries in the route 44, and we actually got them!! Most of the time when we ask for extra they give us 1 for a total of 2 cherries. This sonic however we had 8 cherries or so, the staff at the window was very nice, and the lady who brought out our drinks was just as friendly. Will go back for sure.
Service was friendly and quick, food was good for the most part, definitely missed out on fresh fries.
Waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time, food came out cold, and check your receipts, they are completely charging wrong and adding extra stuff. I wouldn’t have known that had I not asked for my receipt, which seemed like she didn’t want to give it to me.
If I could rate this place one star, I would! The drive through worker tonight was extremely snappy and rude, and kept giving my friends and I attitude when we had a question. She then told us we overplayed and gave us a dollar back, and proceeded to change her mind and take it back. We payed her $18 for 4 mini blasts, which would normally be $16. We got only 62 cents back, and she acted nervous when we asked to see the receipt. She told us that the total looked weird because she “split the receipt four ways.” We knew this wasn’t true because when we asked her to split the total at the speaker she told us that she would have to start all over and said, “pay for it all” to my friend. My friend continued to apologize and listen to this obnoxious worker disrespect her. She took two dollars from us and it is blatant on our receipt. The total jumped from $16 to $18 minus tax. We were too nervous to say anything, so we drove away. As someone who has waitresses before and worked in costumer service, I’m so confused as to why she would act that way towards a costumer and then proceed to steal. I will be telling everyone we know about this and never coming back here again. Shame on you.
I used the Sonic app to order with ease. The order board showed my order received as soon as I paid. The food was hot and delicious. Their jalapeno poppers are made of real jalapeno halves filled with cheese! Amazing. The Oreo cheesecake master shake is godly sweetness. I also ordered a blue coconut slush with nerds, onion rings, and a footlong coney. They were all great. The only problem was that the sauces I selected in the app weren't in the bag with the exception of ranch.
This location is GHETTO! There was a customer in front of us at the drive-thru that we could hear arguing with the "manager". They were both yelling & cursing at each other. The manager definitely needs to be trained on how to handle irate customers in a calm, professional manner. At first I felt bad for her until we got to the window & the whole crew was acting unprofessional, calling the previous customer a b!+€# and talking about what they'll do to her. We had to go back because they didn't give us a drink for one of the combos. We ordered 2 combos, Mozzarella sticks & an additional sandwich and had to beg to get 3 napkins. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THAT RESTAURANT FROM THAT DAY 11/28/2021 NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
Tajay is literally the BEST customer service I've had in years. First time she is always smiling second she always knows exactly what is needed as far as a drink tray for large orders ECT.
Totally disappointed with Yorktown, Va. location. Drive thru took 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Ordered a vanilla and a chocolate shake. Got home, 3 minutes away, and had 2 cups of blended milk.What a disappointment! Won't happen again!
I don't mind waiting but I hate waiting and everything is cold when you get it.
