I've been going to this PE for a couple of years, I always use the drive thru. Food is always good, generous portions and great customer service. The drive thru lane wait can be a little long at the lunch rush, especially weekends but I notice that at all the restaurants.

Lack of professionalism at this location! I travel quite a bit, the management here does not have the skills to lead the crew. Management and asst managers are lacking communication skills with staff and customers! The place is dirty! No napkins ? I guess you have to use toilet paper if dining in…General mngr Nadine needs to start doing her job! Corporate needs to visit this location. Probably one of the worst Panda Express locations I’ve visited! Second visit, there won’t be a third!!!

This particular Panda is ALWAYS OUT OF MENU ITEMS. ALWAYS ALWAYS...And they are hoping you do not want to wait for the item to cook ( usually 15 minutes or so ) I ALWAYS WAIT..and make them cook it. One trip they were out of 3 menu items ???? 3...3!!! That is poor management !! My opinion is they should NEVER run out of anything...ever. Any good manager knows when to prepare more of an item getting low. And this is nothing new...from the Grand opening to today this has been happening. SAD !! Don't let them off easy WAIT..WAIT FOR YOUR FAVORITE MENU ITEM ....AND BE FRIENDLY AND POLITE !!!! Good Luck.

I saw many bad reviews regarding the portion of food served here and it seems that the management doesn't care at all. Today I received half the portion of contents in the bowl with 7 medium pieces of Beijing beef. Honestly the price doesn't justify the portion and the quality they serve. Done with panda!!

So clearly the $4 order of veggies is mainly broccoli and not even filled to the top. The plate is barely ok for portions,I feel they are doing the very minimum before it could qualify as not enough. I feel as if it could be better paying $15 for this. Customer service was great,fairly quick line.

This was a terrible experience. For one of my orders, I asked for a plate with walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and rice. When I received my order the food didn’t look appetizing. Noodles were mixed in with my shrimp, shrimp didn’t look fresh (looked like pieces were pealed off the shrimp), and food was thrown together. I kindly asked if they could fix the issue with the meal I purchased because it didn’t look appetizing for the amount I paid for it. Not only did the young lady try to charge me for another plate she was rude and gave me what is shown in these images. I lost my appetite and asked for a refund. I given the option to get another order instead of doing the refund by a manager. However, I kindly declined and wanted my refund. The manager stated that I should be receiving my refund on my card within three to five business days. She asked me to sign a receipt, and that was that. Hopefully I receive my refund and wasn’t cheated out of funds I work hard for.

Poorly run store, always seems like a 15 minute wait because their out of everything. I was even told one time I couldn't wait because the cook was on break and they didn't know when he would be back. Just waited 20 minutes for honey sesame chicken, they told me to pull out front and they would bring it out, I went inside after 20 minutes and my food was sitting on the counter, waited 5 minutes for a girl with an attitude to ask what I was waiting on, after I said I ordered in the drive through she put my food in the bag and handed it to me without saying a word, terrible customer service fire everyone and start over

I pretty frequently have to wait at least 25 minutes for a simple plate that should take “10 min to cook”. Today I thought I’d plan ahead and order 30 min before I got here since I was making a large order. I’m writing this on my 30th minute after arriving for my expected pickup time. That’s 1 hour after I originally placed the order. Food’s good but not an hour waiting good.

Horrible experience. I waited in line for about 30mins. Which I chose to do, but then I get home with my food to find two tiny pieces of zucchini and one tiny mushroom mixed with uncooked chicken pieces. The chow mein was so awful I don’t know what that was. I would never get food from here again. I spent $14 on a chicken and mushroom bowl just to come home and literally throw it away. I’d give it zero stars but it’s not an option. So 1 star because the cashier was kind.

I wonder why they only converted this location to drive through. This place used to be great at food quality and customer service. However, seeing a steady decline in their quality, portion and service. Sad to see one of my favorite food places decline.
