Without fail I have my order either something missing or something wrong with my purchase. Today I had coffee grounds and something in my coffee. I called the store and spoke with Mia asked her if she was the manager and she said yes I explained what was wrong with the coffee and she said thank you but didn't offer to give me a cup in place of the bad one. I told her she owed me a cup and she hung up.
In the last 2 occasions they have left us at the speaker by saying hold on. I was there 17 minutes waiting to order. Then the food was cold and had to get it remade. Second time the same thing happens. It's almost like they want you to sit there and get upset so that you'll just leave. Disappointing.
After 20 minutes waiting, I was charged and got the "thanks for your order, see you soon". No indication any worker was coming out. Went through the drive, told the employee about the order was told, "oh we were about to walk it out to you but you left." However after receiving the food, it was cold and not fresh. I have noticed a decline in the quality, quantity, or overall experience of joy, and this is not because of the current state of affairs.This is not the first time I have had issues with this location, I believe it is about time for this restaurant to leave. I will most likely to frequent the Wendy's next door.Please improve
We ordered using their app it took 25 plus min waiting for our food we finally had to go to the drive thru to get it and it was cold. Nothing worse than chicken nuggets and fries.
This particular McDonald’s does a really good job at breakfast. Food is quick and hot. Breakfast crew friendly and fast.
The workers were very rude and there was hair on my sandwich.
We had ordered double fish sandwiches and got home and they were singles. Yet we paid for doubles. Called the manager and she apologized and offered to make us fresh new ones right away. They are training a group of new teenagers and they are still learning!! We understand and were pleased with the outcome!
Cleanest McDonalds ever! And the gentleman at the counter was so nice and quick. The food was hot and correct. Great location! Thank you!
Ice cream machine was broken as usual. Cannot buy single cookies. Kids did enjoy the game tables.
My 89-year-old father stays at the retirement community literally right next door. It's only 6:00 p.m. and he asked me to pick him up a hot fudge Sunday from McDonald's tonight.You might as well just have a recording anytime a customer orders a hot fudge sundae. The employees' exact response tonight..."we ain't got no ice cream, the machine broke"(this is not first time)Do you think your customers actually believe that a corporation the size of McDonald's cannot keep their ice cream machines running?It's widely known throughout the community, that the employees are just too lazy to clean the machine...so they don't start it up to begin with.
