Always have had good food here, but today the worst. Ordered a 2 cheese Burger meal , and the burgers were cold the buns were so hard that we couldn’t even eat them. The fries were not McDonald’s standard they were soggy, limp and not hot. Ice tea was good. This all took place at 1115 on Monday the 27 th of June. Lunch hour no less. If I would have had time I definitely would have returned and requested at refund.
Whatever lady was serving food thru drive through at 2:45 needs a new job very rude no customer service I had to wait forever for the people the in front of me food to be remade and did not have them move up. Then when they left she proceed to tell me go park in 1 while other people in line get there food and I wait longer I told her no I will wait at the end of the curb.When she brought out my food fries were cold have fun when I had to wait longer then 10 minutes and still was missing food.
The current afternoon shift is terrible. They mess up every order and have an attitude. I asked the woman taking my order to confirm my son's burger did not have cheese because she just listed plain on the screen. She ignored my request. So, I asked the young lady at the window to make sure my order did not have cheese. She grabbed the food and handed it to me without checking. Of course, they got the order wrong again. The burger had cheese on it. Absolutely, terrible service. No amount of pay will fix these young ladies' attitude.
We’ll we went there around 8:30 ish and we asked for a coke but what we got was a diet and I tasted like they put medicine in it? but usually there pretty good and that same night the rest of our food was pretty good ?
Location had everything except their flagship item oreo mcflurry. Machine out again. McDonald's needs to do a better job of maintaining equipment at this location. I saw employees receiving the ugly side of customers because location isn't able to maintain equipment or staffing.
I've had mixed experiences from this location in the past. However, recently I was very impressed when I chose to dine in. The Manager at the time was a nice gentleman named Allen who made sure our entire order was correct. The food was well made, hot and well presented, not to mention it was brought straight to the table. Great experience. Ohh and don't forget a strawberry cream cheese pie. ?
Ordered 2 LARGE fries and I got what seems to be just 1/3rd of it! It was also very stale, not fresh at all! I had a McDonald’s fries craving and this just ruined it for me. Look closer, don’t let the illustrations of the fries throw you off. This McDonald’s need to do better. Check your fries before you leave drive thru.
This is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. I rarely go to this one because they can NEVER get my order correct. I don't know why I even bothered with them today. I guess I keep hoping they'll get better.Today I was missing 2 fries from my order in the drive-thru. It was my mistake for driving off before checking the bag. Indoor dining was closed, so I had to go through drive-thru to get it corrected. The line was long but as I passed the window on my way to get in line, I was able to get the attention of the employee and let her know my order was wrong. I asked her to please meet me at the door to correct it, but she insisted that I walk up to the window (with another car already at the window).To the manager and owner of this McDonald's: good customer service and orders that are delivered fast and correct can be achieved. I've seen it done at the McDonald's in Mt. Olive, NC. They were better and more efficient than Chic-fil-a!
Horrible horrible drive thru experience. The lady would not shut up and continued to lecture me about how she is multi tasking, etc etc etc. She would not quit running her mouth at me. She really should not work with customers.
Restaurant very well kept in appearance, the person taking orders was efficient, took orders accurately. Our order was prepared quickly, accurately and was assembled nicely, not sloppy looking, and the food was hot, and tasty.
