Customer service was friendly. The pancakes were cold. Not sure what happened to all the flavor selections and waitress couldn't say either. Only options this day were plain, chocolate chip, and cheesecake. They still haven't removed the 'no seating' from their wait area even though there are no social restrictions here. Seemed lazy.
One of the best services I received from any restaurant. The waitress was on point. The front staff could use a little discipline and organization, but with church crowd and party animal rush, the staff did extremely well. A huge melting pot of lifestyles and personalities. The food was above average compared to other IHOPs. . .IMO, it's the sweet tea only brewed in the southern states that goes with everything.
Visited this IHOP on May 14th, 2022.IHOP is so delicious.Their menu is spectacular.Their new rewards program seems to be GREAT.This particular IHOP was no exception.Sometimes in the past for me IHOP has taken a while with their food, this was not the case on this day. All though there was hardly anybody there. Our waiter did a great job, was extremely attentive. Our food was so good.I got the Mexican Tres Leche, and man it was soooooo good. My sides were delicious as well.The only problem I had was I feel like they could give bigger portions.
Obviously has staffing issues but we had a great time. Our waiter was fantastic. Food was good. Honestly the best IHOP experience we have had in a couple of years.
Exceptional in every way. Food was perfect. Service was wonderful. Had plenty of employees working. And, every employee we passed on the way out told us goodbye and thanked us for coming. We weren't expecting such a great experience.
Great waitress. Friendly and attentive. The pancake plate could have been bigger as the syrup spilled off the plate, other than that I was very satisfied with our over all experience
I just had a wonderful breakfast at IHOP on route 17 in Grafton! The food and service were EXCELLENT! It is so encouraging to see businesses thriving and surviving through difficult times and being such a bright spot in our community! Thank you
Don't use their so called hot sauce. I enjoy hot sauce on most of my foods. Upon asking for hot sauce for my burrito. I noticed that it was very watery looking. Ok fine. Most places water down the hot sauce to make it last longer. Profits. I have seen this before at other places. No big deal. I poured the hot sauce on my food and got ready to enjoy my meal. As I took the first bite my jaws locked up and started to cramp. It was like they cut the hot sauce with straight vinegar. It was so strong and over powering. I tried several times but my meal was ruined. All I could taste was vinegar. The waitress never asked how my meal was or why I hadn't ate it. Not even when the store owner walked in and stood less than 10 feet from our table. Not one asked how everything was. It's not always about good food but good service as well. This IHOP needs to improve on their customer attentiveness. I still paid for my meal mostly untouched meal but it would've been nice to have been asked why I wasn't eating my meal. Happy customers are return customers.
So the wait to get drinks 15min ordered our kids food first almost an 1hr wait for cold and wrong food. Not all of it came out after a hr either still had to wait for some. I didnt get it comped i just paid and left. This place has messed up the last 3 times ive been. Dont go save yourself a headache.
