Got ibatchi chicken,steak,shrimp. Didn't get our salads. The meat was super tough, the steak so bad you can't even chew it. The price for two hibatchis was $40. Probably the worst hibatchi I've ever had....
Food is tasty and good size portions for to-go orders. Staff has come across a bit rude when calling to place an order.
Been here before food is always delicious. My only complaint for this visit is they've increased menu prices but failed to do so online. My bill was $10 more than menu showed. These restaurants in my opinion should update menu online especially one like this dealing only in takeout. Or honor price on menu.

Food is always excellent! I have seen many interactions with the people of Hampton and the cashier. All I have to say is Hampton people suck and think they are priority 1 all the time. Never saw an interaction that didn't make me cringe from why the customer was upset.Keep up the good work Hibachi Express
