I recognize that staff shortages are predominant during these times. However, the few times that I have visited, I have waited an incredibly long time for my food. The average time I find myself waiting is over 20 minutes or more. This most recwnt visit, several behind me were served while I was waiting on my food. The staff are kind and willing to help fix things, whick I appreciate. However, for a quick in and out pickup, you are better off elsewhere.
They got my order wrong by giving me chicken instead of strips and unsweetened tea instead half and half. There's a reason fast food workers do not need to make $15 an hour.
It was this young lady she was the cashier I can't remember her name but it had a z in it she was very professional she was nice and the store was clean
Steak Biscuits tea delicious but could used a little more time in the oven biscuits tasted like raw dough
We went for breakfast because we usually enjoy the food. We ordered two of the new bacon beast biscuits, because the advertisement made them look quite appealing. They weren't bad, but they didn't rock our socks. Without more bacon, there's just not enough beast to justify the price. The hash browns were on point though!
Took almost 20 minutes to get my food then the lady blamed me because they didn't get it correct. She was rude and short with me. Not acceptable.
food is alright, they usually take really long and i don't understand how this place isn't out of business yet but I hope this places lives on till the day i die
Food was good but it was the wrong order. The employee at the drive through asked what I had as he was holding a bag of food, I told him and then he said "yeah, that's what this is." Like he just wanted to get rid of whatever was in his hands at the moment regardless of what I actually ordered. Of course I didn't realize it was a completely different order until I got to my destination. Oh well, we ate it but would have liked what we ordered more.
Just picked up a big hardee at 530pm this evening for my wife along with a tender combo.The big hardee is missing the majority of the special sauce! So fricken disappointing!
Burgers were barely warm. Fries very good. Couldn't tell the diet Dr. Pepper from the Coke Zero. If the lady that waited on us at the window was smiling her mask his it well! We got a shake and it was terrible! The trash can was the only thing to do with that.
