I was waited on today by Ann - she was incredibly rude to me — my bill was 5.62 — I gave her my money ($50) and exact change she was like do you have anything smaller I told her no she gave me my change and then as I pulled away proceeded to yell what time does the bank open? I’m sorry it was 0636 am and I’m 100 % positive you know the bank doesn’t open til 9.If she had been listening I had offered to pay with my ATM cardI will not be back to this Dunkin’
Definitely won’t be returning. I believe her name is Ann? previously worked at the Grafton Starbucks. She is very rude! We ended up going to the wrong Dunkin’(our bad, there’s two within a couple of miles of each other) we pulled up to window because we had placed a mobile order and told by other Dunkin’ places that we don’t need to go to speaker. When we got up to the window, she was taking an order so waited and another employee comes up and asks up what our order was, we told them we had a mobile order and said our name. She goes and checks and didn’t find anything( not realizing we had gone to the wrong one which is why they couldn’t find it and again our fault). Ann then gets done with taking an order and very rudely interrupts and tells the other employee to “MOVE” and pretty much shoves her out of the way and says without asking what the problem was says “did you go to the speaker?! Next time go to the speaker” I’m assuming she thought that we had just skipped that part and hadn’t placed an order online but we did. I’m a very understanding person and never leave negative reviews but this experience with her, there was no excuse for her to respond that way to us or the other co-worker.
Great service, friendly staff, coffee always smells fresh. It's out my way sometimes but worth it when I do travel out here.
Showed up at 1000am to be told the store was closed. The hours say 5am, there were other people in the drive thru, and it was open earlier in the day. They said they were opening in 10 minutes…. This place has gone downhill fast.
I've tried to get frozen drinks here multiple times over the course of 2 months and they still say they can't make them. Not coming back.
The closing staff is always so nice and quick about making our order! I love this dunkin wouldn’t go to another!
The crew during closing time is very polite and gives the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They all deserve a raise!!
Got my order wrong and can't go inside. Drive thru only. But good prices and I didn't know they serve breakfast items like sausage biscuits and more.
Good coffee. The line is better now that they have more staff. When they are short staff, they make 1 order at a time. ?
I rarely write reviews but this is very necessary. I frequent this location on my way to work and over the past 3 months the customer service has went downhill. I have placed mobile orders and on several occasions arrived to a CLOSED STORE with a PAID order. The coffee is old, and watered down. I have had great experiences and this could be due to the staff present. I would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone.
