Whoever is running this place needs to run some of our government programs. This place operates like a well oil machine. While I went through the long line in the drive thru I watched the park and pick up, the dine-in, and an amazingly well organized drive thru crew. Polite and super friendly as always. The time per customer was amazing. Of course I could not see the kitchen but it was cranking out the food. The location on Jefferson could use some coaching from this team in several ways. The food was great and consistent like it should be. This team deserves the credit for the sales volume they obviously have. Nice job, we are a loyal lifetime customer.
Absolutely amazing! I was running a little late, nobody's fault but my own. However, I got in line at this Chick-fil-A and it seemed to be about 10+ cars in the line if not more. I expected to wait about 10 minutes in the line. I kid you not, I only set there, ordered, had my food and was on my way! In under about 5 minutes! Amazing! Chick-fil-A for President! Okay, that may be a bit much. I was beyond impressed by the effectiveness and the strategy displayed! The staff was is amazing!
Chick-fil-A is my all time favorite fast food restaurant. Their salads are big enough for two portions so I often get them for work and it feeds me for two days. You can purchase their salads as early as 10:30 AM which works perfectly for me. And everyone knows you can’t beat their customer service!
I am an utter Chick-Fil-A zealot, and it brings me great pride to say this is probably the nicest location I've ever visited. The chicken was almost TOO juicy. I feel as if I have experienced a miracle, and my life has been changed.
First off, the app was weird and would not allow us to put the number of the curbside spot. Secondly, once we called saying we never received our order we originally had a nice employee on the phone. Then the manger named Kelly got on the phone and was completely rude and had a very nasty attitude. Whoever the owner is needs to fire her. Unprofessional and unacceptable!
Tried the chicken tenders. They were delicious. Sweet tea was southern sweet and the waffle fries were hot and crispy. Always a pleasure.
Oh my goodness between my daughter and my wife I keep this place in business! They always have great service and good food.
Negative stars! Worst service. We drove out of our way to come to this Chic Gil a because of their outstanding service. I will never buy Chic Fil A again. Waited a 20 minutes for our meal. Misdirected. Lost and left in the parking lot waiting for food.
Amazing customer service! There are a lot of restaurants that have less than great service, but this is one of the best places to get fast food. No matter what time of day or how much or little you are getting this is the place to go. Fast & friendly service, chicken was crispy and the salad fresh.
Great place for the kids. So happy going here and all they do for families and to make things feel normal in crazy times. Hat’s off to you guys. We drive over while we live right behind the CNU one.
