Today i shopped at Wegmans in Woodbridge, VA. I was looking for a turkey for Easter dinner. I saw a staff person was putting out fresh turkey breasts and he asked what i was looking for. When i told him, he said he would be right back with one and he was. A few minutes later, I asked a young bakery worker if they had any Tuscan bread. He said Yes mam I will get it for you. Would you like it sliced? A minute later he handed it to me. Two different staff in different departments and both demonstrated exemplary customer service. Thanks to these two gentlemen.

My wife asked me to pick up a slice of pizza for lunch. I decided to just get a whole pizza. The young man took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I went back to pick it up. He then said they forgot to turn the timer on and my pizza was over cooked. They put in another pizza and when it was ready they were rushing to get it to me and accidently dropped it on the floor! I guess they could see my frustration and the young man who originally took my order apologized and said he would make me another at no charge and that's exactly what he did. I thought the store was just going to mark it up as a loss, but to my surprise Dillon (the young man who originally took my order) walked me to the counter, paid for it out of his pocket, AND bought me a drink to go with it! I didn't realize he was paying for it himself. That's what I call excellent, 5 Star, customer service. Big shout out to Dillon for taking care of his customers!!!
This is an awesome store. You can find any food from different cultures. And you can even have lunch there!
