I love this place. The broth is always on point and the atmosphere is good. They need to moment on time and hire maybe 2 more people on rainy days but this is the best place for Pho ?.
Great Vietnamese restaurant in Potomac area. The food are really tasty. The place is big and clean. Some dishes in the menu aren’t available.
Great first visit to Viet Chopsticks! The atmosphere was charming and the service was polite.We ordered the pho soup, I got chicken and my boyfriend ordered steak. Both our soups were delicious and didn’t need too many extra add ins!With that, we also ordered the sticky rice and mango which was unfortunately not as great. The rice was tough and gooey, almost like a hard jello. Not bad necessarily, but not great either lol.Overall, I would come back but to try something new! 9/10 Recommend
We've been here a lot of times, but over time, the wait got longer despite not being at full capacity. The most recent 2 times we were here, we waited 40 minutes to an hour for food to come out (while the place was not even full). Most recently, we were served the wrong dish with no apology, and waited another 30 minutes for the bill. The waiter (long hair) looked like we did something wrong to him, literally threw the bill at us. We are never coming back. There are better choices of Viet foods around here.
If you're craving Vietnamese food and want a variety of choices to choose from, you'd like this place. Service is quick and great! This is a good spot if you want something closer compared to Eden Center.
I ordered the dinner entree of sweet and sour short ribs. They had a very good taste, but the way they wre cut, it was more bone and gristle but not a lot of meat on them. For the price, the size of the entree was very small more like a lunch portion would be. The crispy spring rolls were good, slightly greasey, but the dipping sauce had a nice delicate sweet taste. The servers were very attentive once my food came out, but the food service was slow and it took almost 25 minutes before the food was served considering that the restaurant wasn't really crowded. I will return to try something else on the menu.
I was really disappointed with the service that my daughter and I received at Viet Chopsticks. We actually just left and I wanted to come on here to put a review before I forget. The female server working today 12/29 was extremely rude. We waited a long time to get our drinks and food. We ordered before the table next to us and they got their food at least 15 mins before us they ordered actual food food we order 2 chicken pho. I asked the female server for more bean sprouts she looked at me with an attitude and said, “Are you actually going to use it?” The gentleman working brought us out our pho we asked him for more limes his responses was, “Of course!” The chicken pho was delicious. Once we were done I asked her for the check and she seemed bothered by me asking her. My daughter and I sat there waiting for about 10 mins then the male working asked if we were ready and brought the check right away. He was really nice and attentive. After I finished eating I went to the bathroom which were disgusting. My family and I have been going to this restaurant since they opened and don’t remember seeing it in this shape or receiving this bad of service. Last time we were here was back in October 2021.
Love the food! I always go for the pho! It’s super good! The only thing is the service is horrible! I always go here so overtime it just started worst and worst! The lady workers are always super rude And they always seem to ignore me when I ask them for something. Some of the other workers be on top of it tho! So it’s really a hit or miss with the service ! But the food is always good!

This place has very unprofessional demeanor…i called multiple times to place an order well before the closing times and no one would answer, eventually they took the phone off the hook so it gave a busy tone. the hours clearly say they are open til 10:00pm on a Sunday night but stop answering phones and ignore calls an hour before and decline orders when you walk in before they close because “ their chefs left already” …isnt this the whole point of the store hours? Maybe you should change the hours since your chefs leave earlier and stop serving people an hour before your closing time posted. They could have easily answered and stated they closed early instead of having customers go up to the restaurant just to be turned away.
