excellent food and service
We went on a Monday night, Service was Awesome, I ordered New York Strip, Husband had the Urban Burger, Food was delicious, Steak was juicy and tender, burger was great!!!, We will go again.
My husband and I go out to eat with a group of friends most Friday nights and decided to try Urban Grill Steakhouse. The place felt new and clean. The 12 of us were the only ones there for most of the time. Our server was pleasant but seemed a bit new so ordering was a little slow but he did get it right and we were a large party so that did slow things down, too, so really can't blame him. I enjoyed my chicken Alfredo pasta but did add a little salt. My husband enjoyed his chicken marina sub. Everyone seemed to like what they ordered. The fried onion rings were the biggest hit. I'd say give it a try.
Really, Really really bad service.
Halal steak in town! Very spacious and great customer service. Best lentil soup I have had in a long time, big serving of soup.NY strip steak was really good. I did not like the crispy chicken sandwich. Cheese flat bread was good. For drinks we had original mint lemonade which was pretty good. Strawberry lemonade was too sweet. And strawberry shake was average.Will definitely go back and try more items.
Here’s my review for this family owned business.1. The location is beautiful but probably the design inside needs to fixed a little, as the atmosphere doesn’t give you pleasure.2. I went there basically just for steak, I ordered it well done and as compare to any other steak it was medium done.3. Shrimps look great on the menu pics but they were not really as nicely grilled as expected.Presentation of the food was also nice tbh but not really good. Just ok!These guys need to work on their service specially when it comes to the hosts who are taking your orders or delivering it. You’d probably feel poor hygiene (sadly)the owner who I guess is the main chef, is really nice guy. He’d go to each table to check if everything was good or not.I’d suggest such improvements in order to support and give more chances to help local business.
I got the fish and chips... Honestly, it was a tad better than making Gortens at home.My friend got a steak, and it was very good.Be aware they also put a15% service fee on the bill. We were only a party of 3. Not sure what this is for. The servers were very nice. So if I go again I will definitely stick to steak.
Steak was ok. I think the place overall is overpriced. The dessert- molten lava/ cake was excellent
Went in and there were about 3 families sitting waiters were very humble and quickly sat us down. While we waited we were served there famous mint mango lemonade which was really good never tried anywhere else! Steaks were also really good and over all greatexperience everything was halal! Definitely will go back!
Doing a new review after going again. Steak was super chewy. They also seem to not have certain items that are listed on the menu not sure why you would even have them listed. 3 stars because the rest of the food was good.
